Marge is an exceptional cook and very knowledgeable about the area. She was very available and attentive to our needs. The room was very spacious and the bed comfortable. There is a beautiful park across the street for walking. We felt very welcome at Waverly Place B&B.

Outstanding! Comfort, charm, and a wonderful hostess.

My wife and I stayed at the Waverly Place B&B for two nights and were sad to leave. Our room was very comfortable, and the decor was delightful. Each morning we were greeted by the heavenly scent of breakfast cooking, and freshly brewed coffee was placed in the hallway near our room each morning. In the evenings we enjoyed a hot cup of tea by the fire. Marge was a wonderful hostess, and always helpful when we needed direction in tackling the city. Whether you're looking for a quiet and pleasant atmosphere to relax and unwind, or simply need a comfortable home-base while visiting the city, I highly recommend a stay at the Waverly Place. - Rob S.

As you enter this Victorian home the first thing that you notice is it's beautiful woodwork. A truly a magnificant home that brings forth history in many ways. From the victorian decor to the swedish breakfast, you get an unexpected taste of history. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The pool is a bonus in the summer and the breasfast is out of this world. An afternoon stroll around Corbin Park and tea and homemade cookies after...... well need i say more. I would recommend this B&B to anyone!
