If you've booked a single room, we're glad to issue a full refund with minimum 7 day notice unless we're able to rent the room to another party, in which case the full amount will be refunded. Multiple bookings (three or more rooms or three or more nights) require a minimum 21 day notice. If your plans change and you wish to re-book the room after the cancellation deadline, we'll make every effort to rebook you using your deposit as credit toward your next stay. The deposit is otherwise nonrefundable and no-shows are charged the full amount of the stay, so please let us know if your plans change.
