Incredibly clean. Exceedingly friendly. Large, beautiful room with full private bath. And a delicious baked French toast for breakfast. What more could you want?

Jackie and Tom were perfect B&B hosts -- hospitable, knowledgeable and interesting. Our Cape Cod room had every comfort and amenity, plus a nice view of the water and quiet surroundings. Both mornings our breakfast was unique and delicious.

We are so grateful to Jackie and Tom for allowing us to stay! It was a great night. The view is beautiful, the rooms are amazing, and breakfast was to die for! If you have the chance to stay... do it!

We had a wonderful time at the Grandview Gardens. House is well kept and clean, and it was a great place to relax in their spacious rooms. Breakfast was AWESOME and it was a delight to talk with Jackie & Tom. Location worked well for travelling along the coast and wish we had more time to try out the kayaking.

Jackie loves to quilt. Our other main interest is the Keyport Mercantile and Deli. We are co-owners with 4 other couples. The "Merc" is a small general store with a full eat in deli. Tom & Jackie are very active in manageing the store.
