Lovely tucked-away property with modern amenities, convenient to Poulsbo and access to Puget Sound. Hospitable hosts and lovely breakfasts.

The view is exceptional! Loved sitting on the wide back deck to take it all in. Breakfasts were plentiful and tasty. Enjoyed the helpful tips from the innkeeper.

We recently stayed one night here for our anniversary. We live in Tacoma, and wanted to get out of the city and away from our kids for a night but not have to travel too far. This place was perfect!! Jackie and Tom were great hosts, and the breakfast was simple, yet filling and delicious!! We planned on going kayaking in the morning with the free kayaks they have on-site, but forgot to check the tides beforehand. We ended up going and walking downtown Poulsbo instead and had a marvelous time! We plan on staying here again in the future and would recommend it to anyone!

The perfect B&B with the perfect location! Enjoyed the garden views and even more so the water views. Enjoyed coffee at the table placed in front of the windows overlooking the bay - peaceful, watched the mist rise from the trees and boats quietly sailing. Will recommend this to our friends as a "must" when they travel to the Seattle area. Our hosts were warm, friendly and extremely hospitable. Cleaned to perfections and beautifully decorated B & B.

Outstanding location, outstanding room, service, and breakfasts. My wife and I (over 60) stayed 3 nights and came to like the place more and more each day. Rooms are upstairs overlooking the water--50 feet away. Quiet ....easy to read..on the deck or in the room. Jackie was bright and enjoyable to be around. We rate it as good as any B+B we have ever stayed at.

It's right in the water, the food is great, the house is emmaculate, and the host is delightful. The overall experience is something special. If you have the pleasure of going to the grandview gardens b&b, ask for their berries and cream, and their baked French toast, they are amazing!

This was our last stop on a 10 vacation in Washington. The B&B is impeccable and the area was well worth going out of the way to see. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

A ferry boat ride or about an hour and 30 minutes from Seattle, this B&B was a pleasant surprise. If you are looking for a quiet getaway look no further. Quality remodeling job has turned this 1920's era house into a modern, comfortable B&B. Great hosts and a breakfast you will love. You will not go away hungry. Kureg coffee maker in the common area, well stocked with coffees, teas and hot chocolates. The view is outstanding. Sea kayaks are included and a real treat. Only a short drive to Poulsbo for shopping and dining on the water. An hour and 30 minutes from the Olympic Mountains and a beautiful drive. Overall, I'd say this was one of my best B&B experiences.

My husband and I stayed for two nights and were so impressed with all aspects of our stay. We were treated to a delicious breakfast each morning and the house is a warm and peaceful place to stay. The owners are lovely and we were grateful to have met them.

My wife and I escaped to Grandview for a night, and plan on returning next year. The relaxed island-style seclusion was perfect for our needs. As well, the food was the best I have had at a BnB, and was memorable. We were particularly happy with the breakfast conversation with the owners and the other guests, a chatty and pleasant Japanese couple who were returning to WA after having met there 40 years prior. All in all, definitely worthy of a return visit, something I have never done at a BnB.

Top class accommodation in a delightful situation, top class food and extremely friendly and helpful hosts. Absolutely outstanding in every way. Chris & Hilary Yorkshire, England.

The home is immaculate and very comfortable. Nice sized suite with beautiful view of the bay. I would highly recommend Grandview B&B for the discerning vacationer.

We loved this B&B. It is a beautiful house right on the water with amazing views. Jackie and Tom were gracious hosts. We give it 5 stars.

We had a very enjoyable and peaceful stay at Grandview Gardens Bed and Breakfast. Breakfast was delicious and the service was exceptional with suggestions of places to visit and even a brief historical lesson on the area (we asked!). I highly recommend this as a peaceful getaway from the bustle of everyday as well as to those wanting to check out Seattle as we did as it is only a short drive and ferry over. I would definitely return for a visit.

Everything was better than I ever could have anticipated. Jackie and Tom were so nice, welcoming and flexible to our needs. Breakfast was incredible and we were able to have it served to our room! Incredible views. Beach combing and kayaking included. Just an outstanding value! We hope to go back again this summer. It was a wonderful getaway close to home.

My husband and I stayed with Jackie & Tom for a few days in May and appreciated their hospitality and knowledge of the area. The rooms were exceptionally clean and breakfast was delicious. You can be in downtown Seattle in about an hour (via the Bainbridge Ferry), so location is decent for day trips. The B&B is also about 2.5 hours from Mount Rainier and Olympic National Parks (opposite directions of course). We managed to squeeze in both on this trip, totally worth the drive by the way. All in all a nice place to stay in the tiny town of Keyport, WA.

This is a beautiful home that is tastefully decorated. It's an ideal place to have some peace and quiet, but also be close enough to local tourist attractions and restaurants. At this B & B you have the option of only paying for lodging, which offers some cost savings because it doesn't include breakfast. We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Grandview Gardens B & B and would stay again.

We had a wonderful time at the Grandview Gardens. House is well kept and clean, and it was a great place to relax in their spacious rooms. Breakfast was AWESOME and it was a delight to talk with Jackie & Tom. Location worked well for travelling along the coast and wish we had more time to try out the kayaking.
5 on September 07, 2013
The Grandview Gardens is a beautiful, peaceful place to stay. We stayed in 3 B & B's on our vacation and this was the best one by far. Jackie and Tom are both really kind, the room was great and the food was awesome. You can't beat the view for relaxation. Will stay here again next time I'm in Washington.
5 on September 06, 2013
I wish we had scheduled more time to use the kayaks or just sit on the back porch!
5 on September 03, 2013
What a beautiful, peaceful place to celebrate our anniversary! Jackie and Tom were wonderful, gracious hosts who made us feel like old friends in their home. The room was beautiful with everything we could have possibly needed, including a waterfront view to die for. Breakfast was a delicious frittata, sausage, juice and strawberries with a surprisingly delicious cream that I will be making at home. The only negative was that our stay was too short. I would have loved to spend more time enjoying the view and serenity, and hearing more stories from Jackie and Tom. We even enjoyed a short kayak ride right outside their back door. Be sure to check out the grocery/deli up the road- Jackie and Tom have a share in that business as well, plus they have a very good wine selection, which may be enjoyed on the deck overlooking Liberty Bay. I 've been in the hospitality business for over 30 years and I have to say this experience was one of the best we have had. I will recommend you to everyone!
5 on August 08, 2013
We loved this place! The setting is so beautiful. Tom & Jackie are great hosts and Jackie is a great cook. After breakfast, we used the B&B's kayaks out on Liberty Bay, it was awesome. 100% recommend and we are definitely coming back!

My wife and I needed a short respite from everything at home. We booked this B&B in Keyport and were not disappointed. Beautiful home - very friendly couple in charge - great breakfasts - great view of the water and boats - lots of interesting little towns to visit in the area (we would recommend Poulsbo and Port Gamble) - and also Seattle by ferry. A winner all around.
5 on July 26, 2013
One of the nicest B&B's we have ever stayed in.
5 on July 12, 2013
This B&B is a great place to stay. You'll find an atmosphere of warmth and coziness that hotels can't match. The house was decorated very nicely. The breakfasts were outstanding, with a hearty entree, seasonal fruit, hot coffee, bacon or sausage, more than you can eat.

Don't let the drive in surprise you. Grandview Gardens looks like it is in a neighborhood with a Navy base on the side. Once you enter, the house is beautiful, and Tom and Jackie will gladly tell you how they reconstructed the 100-year old house into the awesome B&B it is today. The view from the back porch overlooking the bay and the Olympic Mountains is outstanding...very peaceful. Using one of the available kayaks, I was also able to see Mount Ranier to the south. Large, delicious breakfasts, plenty of fresh fruit, delicious main course, and great discussions. Plenty of help with what to see locally, where to eat, etc. Very spacious room (we stayed in the Cape Cod), with cool breezes.

We kept pinching ourselves that we had been lucky enough to find this lovely B & B in such a tranquil, beautiful setting. Jackie and Tom, our hosts, made our stay complete with their warm hospitality.

My husband and I had a mid week stay here in the Cape Cod room. The house was beautiful and the owners are so nice and accommodating. Our room was very serene and clean and relaxing. We went down to the steakhouse for dinner and it was yummy, a quick walk. Breakfast was amazing! It was a great stay.

My wife and I stayed at Grandview Gardens in early November. Jackie and Tom were great hosts for our one day visit. My wife has family in the area and we were down for several family events including our own 29th. We could not have been more pleased with our room. Just a spotless place to rest yourself. Nice view of the water. We will definitely be back to see Jackie and Tom again.

This was the first Bed and Breakfast my wife and I have stayed in and we were quite pleased. The rooms and bathrooms are good sized, we'll decorated, and very clean. The host was great with excellent food. The kayaks were an added bonus to spend the afternoon out in the bay. We'll worth the price and would definitely stay here again.

Lovely home and the innkeeper, Jackie, has thought of everything to make your stay wonderful. Large well appointed rooms with a beautiful view. Located on a quiet street made the stay very relaxing. The breakfast's were outstanding. The baked french toast with pecan streusel was delicious as well as the orange croissant casserole. Fresh raspberries from their garden was a real treat.

My wife and I found this place on bedandbreakfast.com and through the Poulsbo website for our 2-night retreat to the Sound. It has a fantastic view of Liberty Bay and Jackie and Tom were great. They were there when we needed them, but otherwise left us in privacy (even out on the back porch). We ate out on the porch both mornings and the food was fantastic (the hash browns were awesome). We even saw a seal playing around while we ate the second morning. I personally thought the pictures understated the size of the two rooms and we were very satisfied. I would go so far as to say that this is how Bed and Breakfast experiences are meant to be!

Our stay at The Grandview Gardens was exceptional. The gracious hosts attended to our every need. The entire inn is beautifully decorated, but the highlight is the breakfast. Don't miss this! We had raspberries grown in Jackie and Tim's berry patch, drizzled with a sauce that enhanced the generous bowl of berries. Jackie shared her recipe. We definitely plan to return.

My friend and I were looking for a place to get away to for a weekend. Grandview Gardens B&B did more than satisfy our needs! You know how most places you stay at seem nicer in the pictures than in reality? This place was the other way around. It looked like a cute place online, but when we got there we were blown away by what a great place this was! It was so beautiful, so nicely taken care of, and in such a peaceful setting. The owners were incredibly sweet and helpful, I'm definitely coming back again. This has been by far the best B&B experience for me!

This is a lovely B&B. We totally enjoyed our brief stay. My husband and daughter took advantage of the kayaking and saw an eagle! Our only regret is that we didn't arrive earlier in the day to enjoy the charming location. Jackie and Tom were great hosts. Breakfast of french toast casserole was wonderful!

One note:Do not hit the bed till you are ready to fall asleep. They were SO comfortable and EVERYTHING was So clean. My husband said he could have stayed on the back porch (overlooking the water) the entire time. He needed some relaxation and definitely got it!

This was my first bed and breakfast experience but I have to say that the stay was wonderful. The inn keepers were very polite, accomodating, and the place was very clean. It reminded me of a 5 star hotel. Everything was perfect. I would definitely stay here again. Great Job to the inn keepers.
