Once you enter this spacious & gracious home you will be charmed by its character. Guests are welcome to wander throughout the communal areas of the home and appreciate our antiques and curios of bygone years.
Guests are welcome to use the main sitting room where they can watch TV on the large plasma screen. As in their guest room, Foxtel is also available. In winter this experience is enhanced by a wood fire that warms the room and adds to the ambience of your stay.
Wander outside onto our deck and curl up in the sumptuous day bed with a book or just enjoy our magnificent views. From the deck take the spiral staircase down to our outdoor ‘rooms’ that look onto the swimming pool and, of course our fabulous views.

From Perth city take Great Eastern Highway for 11 kilometres then turn right into Kalamunda Road. Travel along Kalamunda Road for 6 kilometres and turn left at Gooseberry Hill Road traffic lights. Travel approximately 1 and a half kilometres and turn left into Hermes Road which becomes Girrawheen Drive. Grandview B&B is at number 30 on the left hand side.
From both the Domestic and International airports we are an approximate 15 minute car or taxi ride. Pick-ups can also be arranged. - Nearest major airport: Perth, W.A., Australia (PER) 7 miles

From International Airport travel down Horrie Miller Drive and turn left onto Tonkin Highway. At next set of lights turn left into Roe Highway. Travel approximately 4 kilometres and then turn right into Kalamunda Road. Travel along Kalamunda Road (approx 2 kms). Turn left at next set of lights into Gooseberry Hill Road. Proceed for approximately 2 kilometres then turn left into Hermes Road which becomes Girrawheen Drive. Grandview is located on the left side of the road.
