Deposit Amount Required: If booking is made more than 30 days ahead, 50% deposit is required & the remainder 30 days in advance of arrival. If booking is made 30 days or less before before arrival, full deposit required.

Cancellations: Deposits for shortened visits are not refundable. Your deposit will be refunded minus a $20.00 per room fee if you cancel more than 14 days before your arrival date. If you cancel within the 14 days of your booked arrival date, your deposit minus $20.00 per room will be refunded only if we are able to rebook your room.
