"Westmost" Bed & Breakfast in the lower 48 - on ten acres of coastal rainforest west of Forks. This is the place for a quiet getaway. We strive to be all a lodge should be - wood, stone, a "great room" with a massive stone fireplace, and more. Nights in our forest are silent except for the distant rush of the Sol Duc river and occasional interruptions by coyotes or owls.
Rialto Beach, one of the most readily-accessible, and, in our opinion, the finest of the "frontcountry" Olympic National Park wild beaches, is just 3 miles away. No shipping, no jets, and most cell phones will be useless. An undisturbed, rugged coast at its best. From our door, it's about 40 miles to the Hoh Rainforest, 45 miles to Sol Duc Hot Springs, and 60 miles to either Lake Ozette or Neah Bay/Cape Flattery/Shi Shi Beach.

From Downtown Seattle:
Use the Bainbridge Island ferry. At Bainbridge, follow Route 303 to Poulsbo and then Route 3 to the Hood Canal Bridge. Cross the bridge, following Highway 104 West to Highway 101 North. Follow 101 North (it's really goiing west) through Sequim and Port Angeles, and then on into the Forks area. Just north of Forks, turn onto 110 West. There'll be signs for La Push, Rialto Beach, and the Olympic National Park at this intersection. After eight miles on 110 (with two signs for us along the way), turn right on Mora Rd. (at the "Three Rivers Resort") and cross the Sol Duc river.

Look for Kilmer road and a fairly large sign for us on the right about 0.5 miles past the Sol Duc
bridge. Turn right on Kilmer and drive for 0.9 mile - we're
on the left just before the road ends. Travel time from Seattle
(including the ferry) should be about 3.5 hours.

Cancellations:
1. All cancellations are subject to a fee or a room charge. The fee for cancellation with either 7 or 14 days notice (see below) is $20 for a single night or 10% of the entire booking for a multiple-night stay. 2. We require at least 14 days notice June 15 through Labor Day, and during "holiday" periods (e.g. Valentine's Day, President's weekend, Memorial Day weekend, Thanksgiving Day & weekend, and Christmas through New Year's. Less than 14 days notice will result in a room charge unless the room can be re-booked. 3. At other times of the year, we require at least 7 days notice. Less than 7 days notice will result in a room charge unless the room can be re-booked.
