Directions to property:
From New York City (300 miles, 6 hours), Connecticut and western Massachusetts, follow I-91 North to White River Junction in Vermont and get on I-89 North. From the Boston area (200 miles, 3.5 to 4 hours), take I-93 North to Concord, New Hampshire, get on I-89 North and follow it into Vermont. Once on I-89 North in Vermont, proceed 55 miles and take exit 9. At the end of the ramp turn left. At the "T" turn left on Rt. 2 east. Go only 0.4 miles and, just after the curve, turn right on Rt. 100B south. Follow this for about 13 miles, keeping straight as Rt. 100 intersects. After passing through Waitsfield Village and Irasville, bear right onto Rt. 17 and follow about 2 miles to the Mountain View Inn on the right.

From Montreal (140 miles, 220 km, 2.5 hours), take I-89 South to exit 10 in Waterbury, Vermont. From Burlington International Airport (30 miles, 55 km, 40 minutes), exit the airport left on Rt. 2 South, proceed approximately 2.5 miles to Rt. 2A. Turn right, go less than a mile to the highway. Turn left at the second entrance, heading South on I-89 to Exit 10, Waterbury. From I-89 exit 10, follow Rt. 100 South approximately 14 miles through Waitsfield Village and Irasville. Bear right onto Rt. 17 and follow about 2 miles to the Mountain View Inn on the right.

From New York State and points west and south, take the NY State Thruway, I-87 North, through Albany (the Northway) to exit 20. About 2 hours of driving time remains at this point. Take Rt. 149 East through Fort Ann to U.S. 4 North and follow through Whitehall. Follow Route 4, proceeding northeast through Rutland, Vermont. About 12 miles past Rutland, turn left after the Greenbriar Hotel onto Route 100 North and follow for 44 miles. At the intersection of Route 17, turn left and follow about 2 miles to the Mountain View Inn on the right.

Cancellations:
We require a 14-day notice of cancellation for a full refund. We reserve the right to charge the full amount of the reservation if cancellation notice is received within 48 hours of anticipated arrival or if the guest fails to arrive. If the deposit is made by credit card, 5% of the deposit will be deducted from the deposit refund to cover the costs of credit card processing.
