Maple House Inn Bed and Breakfast

My btother and I stayed here for a graduation and everything about this place exceeded our expectations. Lynn and Rick are fabulous, the Inn is interesting in so many ways, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had to leave at 4:30 am to catch a flight in Burlington and there was Rick with a pot of coffee and take-out cups for us. It's an amazing place run by an amazing couple!

Traveling for business is usually a really treachorous undertaking. Staying in chain hotels, stale danish for breakfast, mediocre service at best. My company took on a client in Vermont and I started looking for places to stay just like always. Thank goodness there are no chain hotels in Morrisville Vermont. My colleagues and myself stumbled across the Maple House Inn and honestly my life has changed now. Lynn and Rick were like family to me (I stayed there for a total of 5 weeks while on business) Bear and Charlie (the cat and dog) made it feel even more like home. On one stay I was there for three weeks straight and had the most amazing experience. Lynn is makes the best breakfasts and kept me busy with so much stuff to see and do. I had no time to be bored on the weekends with all the hiking and touristy stuff. I WILL be spending much more time with Lynn and Rick and feel like I have extended my family. They are really special people. If you are wondering if this is the right place to spend some time, STOP! If you do not take this opportunity to stay here you will be missing a life experience like no other. The pictures shown, while very nice, do not even touch the experience. This place has a soul. Perfect for anything. Romantic, family, business name it. This is the place for it. Thank you Lynn, Rick, Charlie and Bear for the best stay any where, ever. Your friends from Arkansas. What a wonderful Bed and Breakfast place. Can't say enough about our stay we were extremely comfortable the in-door pool and hot tub were great the place was just perfect and Rick and Lynn were very nice people and made us feel right at home. Can't wait to go back. Sophia and Dan Sophia and Dan

Waiting until the last minute to book a room is not a good idea, and I was starting to panic! I called several places and was referred to The Maple House Inn Bed and Breakfast. Luckily Lynn and Rick were able to arrange the most wonderful suite for myself and friends. There were 3 of us and had expected a room with a bed and a cot. Oh no! Lynn decided she could not have us sleeping on a cot and provided use with an adjoining room. These rooms were unbelievable. The pictures do not do do it justice. The decor was outstanding!!! The beds were so comfortable it was like sleeping on air, very snuggly and cozy. The pool was fantastic and the "theater" was fabulous. Rick treated us to the most wonderful movies and popcorn. Our own private seating!!! Charlie (sweetie dog) and kitty (can't remember his name) made us feel right at home. I could go on and on, but have to say, we are returning next month and feel like we are returning to a home away from home. AND, Rick is a fantastic breakfast maker! Yummy food! Can't say enough about the warm welcome. Thank you so much Rick and Lynn.

What can we say. We thought we were going to your typical bed and breakfast to watch our daughter play hockey for the weekend, and found this amazing place to stay. this property has a beautiful indoor pool and hot tub, has a movie theatre as well with DVD's or comcast cable to watch anything you want on a movie theatre screen. Breakfast was excellent both days. Every room has a little kitchenette, fridge, microwave, etc. Plus rick and Lynn supply you with bottled water and small treats to munch on. To top it off, your night stand will have little vermont maple candies shaped as a maple leaf to have before bed. This place is absolutely the best for a special weekend away, or for a group gathering. We can't wait to go back. After our first night we called one of the other fathers and he moved in as well. Rick and Lynn even made room for our daughters to stay( they were staying with the team). Seriously, for the same price as an outdated hotel you will feel like a king. the daughter of he other father put on her facebook page that she was staying with the Johnston's in a mansion.
