Directions to property:
From the NY Thruway
(87N) to Exit 23, then take 787 north to Troy - get off at exit 9E,
take NY 7 east (becomes VT 9 when you cross into Vermont) to Bennington,
Alternatively, take VT 279 around Bennington to VT Route 7 North
look for signs for US 7 N you will make a left onto US 7N,
take US 7 North to Manchester (Exit 4),
make left onto Rts. 11&30 at the end of 11&30 there will be a blinking light- that will be 7A,
make a right onto 7A, we are just 2.5 miles on your left.

From the Taconic Parkway
To last exit; take 295 East to NY 22; to NY 7 east; Go East on NY 7 to VT9 East;
follow Rte.9 East to US 7 North make a left onto US 7 North in Bennington,
Alternatively, take VT 279 around Bennington to VT Route 7 North
get off at exit 4 and make a left onto 11&30 - follow to the end;
at blinking light make a right onto 7A north; we are just 2.5 miles on the left.

From the Northway
Take Exit 9 to NY 146 East to NY 67 to NY 22 North to 313 Continue East
on VT 313 to Arlington. Take Historical Rte. 7A to Manchester.

From the New England Thruway (95 to 91)
95 to 91 to Brattleboro, VT (Exit 2),
Rt.30 to Manchester (49 mi.) to 7A,
right onto 7A, 2.5 miles on left.

From Montreal, Canada
New York 87 South to Exit 20; take Rte 9 North to 149 East to Fort Anne into Whitehall,
follow Rte. 4 East to Rutland. Rte.7 South to Manchester, then follow Rte. 7A to Manchester.

Cancellations:
A refund of your deposit will be made if cancellation is received 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival. If a last minute cancellation is necessary within 14 days of your arrival or if you do not call to cancel and do not arrive on the scheduled date or leave early you will forfeit your deposit unless we are able to sell the room. There is a $20 fee for all cancellations. Note: for stays during July, August and October a 30-day cancellation policy is in effect.
