The Battenkill Inn is a classic 1840 farmhouse with antiques, high ceilings, and marble fireplaces. Our thoughtfully-restored historic post and beam barn surrounded by lawns, gardens, meadows, a paddock, a pond, and the famed Battenkill River is the perfect setting for a Vermont country wedding. At the base of Mount Equinox, the Battenkill Inn offers gracious country accommodations; nine distinctive guest rooms and two luxury suites, each with a private bathroom. Several rooms have fireplaces and others open onto porches looking out over the meadow to the Battenkill River and Green Mountains. We offer a full country breakfast, relaxing atmosphere and the time to unwind with hors d'oeuvres and wine by the fire.
