The Stone Boat Farm B&B is the perfect place for budget-minded travelers and outdoor enthusiasts. Our guests will find an eco-friendly bed and breakfast with contemporary décor and affordable, yet comfortable accommodations. With only four brook-side guest rooms, all with private entrances and bathrooms, our B&B is small and our style is relaxed, informal and easy-going. Our guests can enjoy the outside sitting areas by the brook and pond, use the bbq grill in the back yard, and hike or snowshoe our wooded nature trail. Our guests often sit around the campfire and enjoy great conversations or explore the night sky with our 8-inch telescope. We offer academic discounts!

    On I-91 take exit 2 towards Brattleboro and proceed on Route 30 N for 29 miles. You will pass through the towns of Newfane, Townshend and Jamaica. We are on the right side of route 30 about 4 miles past the town of Jamaica.

    • Minimum stay required (2 nights on weekends; 3 nights for major holidays)

    • Consumption of alcohol is permitted
    • Deposit amount required (A deposit in the amount of one night's stay or 50% of the total amount for a multiple-night visit (whichever is larger) is required to guarantee each room.)
    • Check in time is 3pm and Check out time is 11am
    • Cancellations:
      Cancellations must be made by speaking with us in person or via an acknowledged e-mail. Voice mail (answering machine) messages do not constitute cancellation confirmation. Because we are a small business with only four rooms, late cancellations or changes (see below) significantly affect our small business. A deposit is refundable if the cancellation or change is received 14 days before 3 PM on the reserved arrival date. All refunds are subject to a $25.00 per room handling fee. Late arrivals, “no shows”, early departures and guests who cancel within 24 hours of 3 pm on the day of arrival WILL ALL BE CHARGED FOR THE ENTIRE RESERVATION DURATION.

    The guest rooms are in their own buildings and all have private entrances.  The outside sitting area and campfire area is next to a gurgling brook. We encourage guests to use our BBQ grill.
    The Stone Boat Farm is close to winter outdoor activities such as downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, ice skating, sleigh rides, and tubing. A snowhoe trail is on the premise. We provide guests with snowshoe and cross-country equipment and teach guests how to cross-country ski!Fall foliage is a popular season for Vermont
