King or queen in bright airy 15x15, or a full bed in a 10x9. All rooms have hardwood floors as does the rest of the house. Large common room with 50 megs fiber optic wifi. Dining room table, 60' with surround, enjoy. Great kitchen with a nice look at a backyard in progress. Enjoy a beverage on my patio! NECI grad contact for details.

Our stay was enjoyable! I'd say this would have to be a Good Review!

No food offered but good value for the money. Afraid I was thinking more bread & jams than music jams. Loved the cats except Stumpy flirted but did not allow us to pet him.

Very uncomfortable atmosphere, sloppily decorated room (queen), not a good scene.

Greg was a wonderful host. He gave tons of great tips about Burlington and shared some great stories. He has the experience to know when to engage and when to allow guests their time to relax. The Rivermount had a unique flare that you can see as soon as you spot the guitar shaped mailbox. From there, you'll explore the art and decorations in the rooms - from guitars hanging on the walls, the drum set, album art from the Doors and other rock groups throughout the generations, to interesting coffee books (Dragonology!). The home has two unique and friendly cats that provide a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Located on a quiet side street and a short walk from the Ethan Allen homestead, this is a quick drive to downtown and the lake, and serves as a great location and, in our opinion, at a fair price point. The king bed was extremely comfortable and the room was just what we were looking for. The bathroom was large and clean. We were there for a short weekend and wanted to enjoy the restaurants of Burlington, so we did not get a chance to take advantage of the dining services. (Hopefully next time, as Greg's culinary experience sounds like a great meal)
TY so much for the kind review, I do my best to run a nice ship!

Go North on North Ave and take a right onto Village Green. Travel the 2 blocks down Village Green and at the T take a t left. Counting the house on the corner it is the 3rd house on the left, look for the red guitar mailbox
