Carpe Diem, La casa piú piccola di Burlington; is a charming tiny cottage with an expansive view of Lake Champlain all day, and of its wonderful extended sunsets at day's end. At 13 ft. x 18.6 ft., Carpe Diem is about three times the size of the main cabin on a 70-foot sailboat cruising by on the lake below you, and includes radiant heat flooring, a fully equipped kitchen (stocked with the breakfast foods we provide), one full size bed, and private bath with shower. The garden is at your doorstep. This converted historic garage stands apart from the main house of our b+b.
The Suite is on the second floor in the main house providing a birdseye view of the lake and gardens. The private entrance gives you access to the view from ground level. The rooms of the suite include the bedroom with one queen size bed, the sitting room with a pantry that is stocked with the breakfast foods we provide so you can take breakfast at your leisure, and the private bath with a combination shower and deep tub should you care to soak.

Exit Burlington International Airport turn left. At the traffic light turn right onto Williston Road/Route 2. After crossing INT89, Route 2 becomes Main Street, continue to downtown Burlington. At end turn right on Battery St. At the last traffic light, follow the traffic flow around Battery Park that takes a left onto Sherman St and then a right onto what is now North Avenue. Go through the first traffic light. Take the 2nd left after that light onto Canfield Street. At the end turn right onto Lakeview Terrace. We are the 4th house after the turn on the left, olive green house with purple porch floor. #53 is under the porch light by the front door.
