EGH has one queen-size bed in a three-room suite. Maximum two adults.
The master bedroom is large, with great light, and comfortable reading chair in bay window.
You'll love the comfort, space, and privacy of the suite!
A small library connects the master bedroom with the private bathroom.
The bathroom is newly remodeled with full size tub and shower.
The guest suite connects to the downstairs living room, which guests may use for reading.
The guest suite contains a refrigerator and microwave, with light breakfast foods supplied. A full breakfast is optional and may be reserved. Breakfast is served in the dining room.

Elmwood Guest House offers a private, spacious suite, conveniently located one block from the top of Church Street. Our tastefully decorated guest suite includes a private entrance, guest porch, a large and comfortable bedroom with a queen-size bed, a small pantry, private full bathroom, and private living room. Maximum occupancy is two people.

Sandy made us feel right at home. She was there to greet us and make sure we were happily settled in. The suite is very nicely decorated and has absolutely everything you could possibly need. She has thought of every detail...from plush towels to all you need for snacks and to make your own little breakfast. The bedroom is large and the mattress is so comfy which makes for a great night's sleep. Parking is not a problem and she is literally two minutes from downtown. A really great location. We highly recommend Sandy's suite!

From I-89 Take exit 14W to Burlington/Rt 2 West. Stay in right lane. At traffic light after the Sheraton Conference Center, merge right onto East Avenue. Proceed to the end of East Avenue at stop light. Turn left onto Colchester Ave. Stay in right lane and head down hill toward Lake Champlain. Colchester Ave becomes Pearl Street. Turn right onto Elmwood Ave (just past Unitarian Church). We are the 4th house on the right (42 Elmwood). Turn into driveway before passing house and park at far end. Reception is at the rear of the house. From the South (NYC/Middlebury) Route 7 North to Burlington. Follow Route 7 to traffic rotary. Stay on Route 7 by bearing right and going up hill. Continue to third traffic light (Pearl Street). Turn left and proceed down hill. Stay in right lane when there is a choice. Turn right onto Elmwood Ave (just past Unitarian Church). We are the 4th house on the right (42 Elmwood). Turn into driveway before passing house and park at far end. Reception is at the rear of the house.
