Situated behind a white picket fence and directly across the street from The College of William and Mary, this Colonial two-story home is within walking distance of Merchants Square and Colonial Williamsburg. Newly decorated with English and French country flair, each of the three spacious rooms, with private baths, exudes the traditions of colonial architecture including shutters, beamed ceilings, old latch doors, chair rails and hardwood floors while blending with modern appointments and convenience. Our beds are dressed in crisp Egyptian cotton sheets with comfy European down pillows comforters and/or quilts. - Minimum stay required (2 day minimum on weekends; 3 on holidays and special functions in Williamsburg)

- We cannot accommodate guest pets (Resident dog and cat)
- Limitations on children staying (young adults are welcome when accompanied by a parent)

- Consumption of alcohol is permitted
- Deposit amount required (A 50% deposit payable by credit card is required to secure the reservation.)
- Check in time is 3-6 p.m. and Check out time is 11 a.m.
- Cancellations:
If the reservation is cancelled more than 15 days prior to arrival, the 50% deposit collected at the time of the reservation will be refunded minus a processing fee of $30. Reservations cancelled within 15 days of arrival will forfeit the entire deposit.
