This lovely 2-story colonial has a spacious wrap around porch with rockers and a swing. It is a perfect place to have your morning coffee, relax with your favorite book or relax after your day's activities. The home is furnished with antiques, counted cross stitch, folk art, and a cup plate collection. The guest rooms feature queen four-poster beds, writing desks, TV/DVD players with satellite reception and in-room coffee makers. Each room has a private bath with a sink mounted in an antique dresser. The parlor has plenty of games and reading material for your enjoyment. A full breakfast is served in the dining room and afterwards your hosts will direct you to any of the numerous sites in the area.

Take Interstate 64 east to exit #238 Camp Peary/Colonial Williamsburg. Go up ramp turn right at stop sign continue through 2-traffic lights proceed up hill follow the right curve of road. From this point travel 8/10ths of a mile and turn left on Monumental Avenue. We will be the first house on left.

Directions to property:
Follow 64 west toward Richmond to exit #243 Williamsburg Business route which is a left off Interstate. Follow this for 5-miles at which time you should come to a dead end at Page Street also Route 60. Make a right and continue 3 short blocks and turn right on Monumental Avenue. We are the first house on left.

My mom, sister and I spent a long weekend at Fox & Grape. We had a wonderful time shopping and relaxing. Fox & Grape is in a great location, close to the historic area and also close to the outlets for great shopping! Our room was very clean and cozy. We had a wonderful time!

A 2 night stay at this wonderful B&B was like spending time with old friends who do way too much to assure your happiness. The rooms are immaculate and cozy. The breakfast is worthy of a Michelin star and makes you feel guilty that your hosts went to such a bother. If there were more alternatives like this one hotels would have no clientel.

Our hostess was attentive but not overbearing, knowledgabel about the area and other subjects, very friendly. The inn was clean and decorated nicely. Her son was also friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Great place!

Brandy & Lorene 's bed&breakfast is perfect for a clean, invested, quiet, comfortable, relexing, warm and pleasureable hotel. The hosts are very kind, the breakfast are a great delight, the feeling is very homy, and we recommend you to visit their special house you won't see anywhere else.
