    If only I had words to describe the extent to which I enjoyed my stay at the Boxwood Inn. My husband and I stayed in the Washington Carriage House previously this month. A young couple only married for six months, our night at the Boxwood Inn was our last night together before he deployed to the Middle East. The Boxwood Inn was everything we could have hoped for. The Washington Carriage House was absolutely gorgeous, with a fireplace and jacuzzi tub (for two, might I add!), not to mention beautiful hardwood floors, an incredibly spacious shower, and one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. If you are looking for romance, or a place to spend time together and escape the world, then you've found the place. The Boxwood Inn in its entirety was absolutely stunning. The hospitality of Sandi was equally as stunning. She was cheerful and friendly, and although I was incredibly sad in the morning knowing that I was about to say goodbye to my husband for seven months, she still radiated positivity. I didn't have the slightest bit of an appetite in the morning, but two bites of her waffles and I ate almost the entire breakfast. It was delicious. This wasn't the first bed and breakfast we stayed in while in Williamsburg; it is, however, the very best.

    We stayed in the Washington Carriage House for our 25th anniversary. It was even better than expected. Beautiful, cozy and perfect for the occasion. Hosts was great, made us dinner reservations with a surprise signed menu from the restaurant staff. Very happy we chose this to spend such a special occasion.

    We checked in on Friday and stayed in the Jefferson Room. It was Beautiful! The whole B&B was decorated in excellent taste and the inn keepers were extremely helpful. They got out a map of Williamsburg our first evening and showed us where all of the good spots were and made some excellent dinner recommendations. The breakfasts were to die for! They were delicious and looked almost too good to eat! We had a great time and cannot wait to get back!

    The Boxwood Inn is by far our favorite Inn. The Inkeepers Steve and Sandi are so personable. Their inn is absolutely gorgeous and the breakfast is always delicious. The gardens are so beautiful at all times of the year. We have recommended this inn to several family members and friends.

    -AMAZING breakfasts!!!!!!!!!!! -warm and friendly host and hostess -beautifully decorated inside and out -spotlessly clean room Can't imagine staying anywhere else! Absolutely love it here. Always excited to arrive, hate to leave:)
