We welcome you to the Tree Streets Inn, a 1914 colonial-revival B&B, presented with "PROPERTY BEAUTIFICATION AWARD" by the City of Waynesboro, VA. We are situated at the “Crossroads of the historic central Shenandoah Valley” and are located just 3 miles from the junction of the famous Skyline Drive and Blue Ridge Parkway (Mile Post 0). Make us "your home away from home". Our B&B is ideally situated for “day-tripping” and is just minutes from all the natural outdoor wonders of the Blue Ridge Mountains of western Virginia. Only 25 miles to the east is Charlottesville with it’s historic homes of 3 of America’s first 5 presidents and Thomas Jefferson‘s pride and joy, the University of Virginia. A short distance to the west brings you to Staunton, home of the Woodrow Wilson Birthplace and Presidential Library, the renowned Blackfriars Shakespearean Playhouse and American Frontier Culture Museum. And 45 minutes to the south you can be in historical Lexington and the Natural Bridge. You will also be just minutes from many of western Virginia’s finest award-winning wineries and microbreweries, and in the midst of ‘antiquer’s heaven” for which the Valley is renowned. Tree Streets Inn offers you a soothing getaway in this most beautiful part of Virginia and welcomes you with an abundance of warmth and hospitality.

A Great Place to Stay

4.6 on April 17, 2015

This was an unusually quiet B and B. The hosts were very gracious. The room clean and well appointed. Breakfast was fabulous. Great Quiche, and Peach Cobbler. Very comfy bed. Warm hospitality. We would like to go back. Came for the Wine and Fly Fishing Festival in Waynesboro. By the way the Green Leaf Grill in Waynesboro is excellent. Great Value and Great Food. Cheers, Jed and Joan Feffer

Innkeeper Response
Thank you for the wonderful review of our B&B. We are so glad you enjoyed your stay. Having guests like you who appreciate what we do makes our job worth while. We look forward to your next visit with us. I agree Greenleaf restaurant is fabulous. It's amazing for such a small town how many good restaurants we have.

BnB Christmas stay - Awesome

4.8 on January 20, 2015

Stayed during Christmas took advantage of the Christmas dinner package - the whole package was fantastic. The owners are excellent and very accommodating, the food was terrific, and we met some great people to spend the Christmas holidays with. This was probably the most enjoyable BnB experience that I've had in a long time.

Innkeeper Response

Lovely place in Waynesboro

Hostess made a gluten free breakfast for me. Loved the white robes and slippers for our use. Very quiet, beautiful décor in all of the rooms. Host and hostess made sure our needs were met.

Warm and inviting

5 on December 13, 2014

We needed a getaway from the stress and Tree Streets was exactly what we needed. Bill and Nickie have done a great job turning this historical home into such a warm and inviting home. It still has the formal touches of a stately home, but still feels casual and friendly. Plus the breakfast and snack room make for cherry on top. Great value. Highly recommend and we will be returning.

A nice bed and breakfast

5 on December 03, 2014

We visited Tree Streets Inn for our 4 year anniversary. The inn was clean and decorated to fit the style of the building. There is a garden and a pool, but our visit was in late fall, so we did not get to enjoy these. Our first night there we sat in front of the fire reading and eating cheese and crackers provided by Tree Streets. The room we stayed in was large and the king size bed was comfortable. Our private bathroom was clean. Breakfast was fresh. Our first morning we had blueberry pancakes with real blueberries mixed into the batter with nice crispy bacon and yogurt with homemade granola. Breakfast on day two was spinach quiche, hot apples with granola, and a muffin. Parking is easy and the location is convenient for wine/brew tours and hiking.

The Tree Streets Inn was the perfect place to stay while we were traveling. The room was very comfortable and the owners couldn't have been nicer.

A very nice room and wonderful hosts

4.4 on November 15, 2014

We were only there for one night, but the room was beautiful and the bed very comfortable. The owners made us feel very much at home. We would definitely consider staying there again.

Lovely Fall Stay

3.6 on November 04, 2014

We enjoyed a lovely Fall weekend stay at the Tree Streets Inn. The rooms were larger than expected, the hosts stayed up late to accommodate our nighttime arrival and breakfast was both delicious and elegantly served on fine china. We hit a weather transition weekend so the room was a bit colder than expected, but the bed had ample blankets.

Great stay!

Loved this beautiful home with its large comfortable rooms, informative hosts and delicious breakfast. What a great part of the country to visit in the fall.

Absolutely lovely

We had an absolutely lovely time at this exquisite B&B and we will definitely be back. We were in the Linden Room and the bed was the most comfortable we ever slept on! We truly relaxed! Breakfast was awesome and the other guests we met were very nice and we enjoyed meeting them. Our hosts were very charming and the home couldn't have been any cleaner. It was just wonderful. ~Lisa & Wyatt
