We welcome you to the Tree Streets Inn, a 1914 colonial-revival B&B, presented with "PROPERTY BEAUTIFICATION AWARD" by the City of Waynesboro, VA. We are situated at the “Crossroads of the historic central Shenandoah Valley” and are located just 3 miles from the junction of the famous Skyline Drive and Blue Ridge Parkway (Mile Post 0). Make us "your home away from home". Our B&B is ideally situated for “day-tripping” and is just minutes from all the natural outdoor wonders of the Blue Ridge Mountains of western Virginia. Only 25 miles to the east is Charlottesville with it’s historic homes of 3 of America’s first 5 presidents and Thomas Jefferson‘s pride and joy, the University of Virginia. A short distance to the west brings you to Staunton, home of the Woodrow Wilson Birthplace and Presidential Library, the renowned Blackfriars Shakespearean Playhouse and American Frontier Culture Museum. And 45 minutes to the south you can be in historical Lexington and the Natural Bridge. You will also be just minutes from many of western Virginia’s finest award-winning wineries and microbreweries, and in the midst of ‘antiquer’s heaven” for which the Valley is renowned. Tree Streets Inn offers you a soothing getaway in this most beautiful part of Virginia and welcomes you with an abundance of warmth and hospitality. Upon arriving, guests are embraced by a spectacular Bridal Staircase, while the library and Great Room invite you to relax, enjoy a book, play a game of chess, or simply bask in the casual elegance of turn-of-the-century furnishings. In season take a relaxing dip in our pool or relax on the swing on our breeze-cooled veranda. A full breakfast is served in the dining room with a seasonal entree, fresh fruits, home-made granola, juice and coffee/tea. Or you can opt for a continental breakfast basket delivered to your room. Upon request we will accommodate vegetarian, gluten-free and diabetic needs. Free high-speed wireless internet is available.

WOW, what an amazing weekend we had in this gorgeous B&B. Our host Bill and Nokia made us feel very welcome made us a great breakfast that we were allowed to choose the time (++++¿¿¿¿) THE 3¿ rating is just based on we have had better breakfast at our last B&B stay so we were a lil disappointed but it was still good and homemade and like I said choosing the time wss great. Our room wss beautiful and we enjoyed a winery tour completely set up through them with drivers and we chose what wineries we wanted to attend. Definitely a recommendation that you should stay. Oh and such comfy beds with a mini fridge available to use just down the hall.

Needed a place to stay with short notice. Staying regularly in B&Bs was hoping to find a local property. Simple internet search and several places presented options. Could not have made a better choice if I had looked for weeks. Wonderful home, nicely furnished with lovely antiuqes and a bed more comfortable than my own. Varied, filling, and delicious breakfest. Hosts were extremely accomodating with our travel distruptions on arrival. Were very helpful with identifying and suggesting local sights and restaurants. The rooms, the indoor/outdoor spaces/the pool - alot in one place. Definitely would recommend / go back.
Thank you for this wonderful review. It is guests like you, who appreciate what we have to offer, that make being in this business worthwhile. We would love to have you return when you get back into this area.

Wonderful historical place with nice grounds and pool. However, the decor is very mismatched and the cleanliness is not very good. There is also a musty or smoky smell in various parts of the inn, because the owners are smokers.

This is clearly an old school B&B: nice setting, beautiful atmosphere, caring hosts, lots of support for what to do and see in the area. Highly recommendable, and a real value for money.

We stayed here after touring the Skyline Drive on our way to Charlottesville. Gracious hosts and a wonderful home. Megan, the four legged greeter was a nice touch as well. We felt very welcomed here and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone traveling this way. Thank you!

We stayed here two nights as a jumping off point for visiting Monticello. It's a short drive away, and less expensive than inns in the immediate vicinity. TSI proved to be an excellent choice. The atmosphere is so homey and friendly, with interesting guests and comfortable common areas. Our room and bathroom were also spacious and comfortable. The innkeepers were out of town when we visited, and the substitute innkeepers couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. The breakfast was also great. Thank you to the innkeepers, and a high recommendation to potential guests.
