We welcome you to the Tree Streets Inn, a 1914 colonial-revival B&B, presented with "PROPERTY BEAUTIFICATION AWARD" by the City of Waynesboro, VA. We are situated at the “Crossroads of the historic central Shenandoah Valley” and are located just 3 miles from the junction of the famous Skyline Drive and Blue Ridge Parkway (Mile Post 0). Make us "your home away from home". Our B&B is ideally situated for “day-tripping” and is just minutes from all the natural outdoor wonders of the Blue Ridge Mountains of western Virginia. Only 25 miles to the east is Charlottesville with it’s historic homes of 3 of America’s first 5 presidents and Thomas Jefferson‘s pride and joy, the University of Virginia. A short distance to the west brings you to Staunton, home of the Woodrow Wilson Birthplace and Presidential Library, the renowned Blackfriars Shakespearean Playhouse and American Frontier Culture Museum. And 45 minutes to the south you can be in historical Lexington and the Natural Bridge. You will also be just minutes from many of western Virginia’s finest award-winning wineries and microbreweries, and in the midst of ‘antiquer’s heaven” for which the Valley is renowned. Tree Streets Inn offers you a soothing getaway in this most beautiful part of Virginia and welcomes you with an abundance of warmth and hospitality. Upon arriving, guests are embraced by a spectacular Bridal Staircase, while the library and Great Room invite you to relax, enjoy a book, play a game of chess, or simply bask in the casual elegance of turn-of-the-century furnishings. In season take a relaxing dip in our pool or relax on the swing on our breeze-cooled veranda. A full breakfast is served in the dining room with a seasonal entree, fresh fruits, home-made granola, juice and coffee/tea. Or you can opt for a continental breakfast basket delivered to your room. Upon request we will accommodate vegetarian, gluten-free and diabetic needs. Free high-speed wireless internet is available.

    Exceptional, Relaxing Getaway

    April 30, 2013

Our goal was to find a beautiful, restful and natural location to get away for the weekend. Bill & Nickie were exceptional hosts from first greeting in the entryway to final conversation in the patio gardens. The Inn has many sitting areas indoor, outdoor and in rooms. The property is settled within a historic neighborhood but far enough outside the main town to feel secluded. Mature vegetation and gardens are unavoidable visual features that add to the natural charm. The homemade granola was my favorite part of breakfast. Great coffee and very good food. The only negative was the occasional smell of smoke in secluded sections of the house. It was not in our room and it was not constant.

Great deal for a nice B and B

    October 22, 2012

My husband and I stayed at the Tree Streets Inn after driving Skyline Drive from Front Royal to Waynesboro in October 2012. The hosts were perfect, the Inn was charming and the breakfast was delicious. We would stay there again.

    Wonderful weekend getaway

    October 17, 2012

This was my second trip to Tree Streets Inn, and they didn't disappoint. The hosts are wonderful, the rooms beautiful, and the breakfast is always top-notch--in addition to the hot breakfast, there's home-made granola, fresh juice, and assorted other foods to make sure you don't leave hungry. We stayed in the "Bird's Nest" on the third floor, and while it was a little smaller than the other rooms, the extra privacy was nice--there was still plenty of room to relax after running around the Valley all day. I highly recommend it and will definitely come back again.

Lovely historic home, friendly welcome, very accommodating hosts who rose early to prepare us the best cup of coffee we've had in a very long time as well as a wonderful, hot breakfast sandwich to see us on our early way. Would definitely stay again if passing through this picturesque region.

    Great Experience

    October 01, 2012

My girlfriend and I stayed here on a trip through Shenendoah. This place is charming, clean, and the food was great. The only complaint I could give is that there isn't much to do in the area.
