We welcome you to the Tree Streets Inn, a 1914 colonial-revival B&B, presented with "PROPERTY BEAUTIFICATION AWARD" by the City of Waynesboro, VA. We are situated at the “Crossroads of the historic central Shenandoah Valley” and are located just 3 miles from the junction of the famous Skyline Drive and Blue Ridge Parkway (Mile Post 0). Make us "your home away from home". Our B&B is ideally situated for “day-tripping” and is just minutes from all the natural outdoor wonders of the Blue Ridge Mountains of western Virginia. Only 25 miles to the east is Charlottesville with it’s historic homes of 3 of America’s first 5 presidents and Thomas Jefferson‘s pride and joy, the University of Virginia. A short distance to the west brings you to Staunton, home of the Woodrow Wilson Birthplace and Presidential Library, the renowned Blackfriars Shakespearean Playhouse and American Frontier Culture Museum. And 45 minutes to the south you can be in historical Lexington and the Natural Bridge. You will also be just minutes from many of western Virginia’s finest award-winning wineries and microbreweries, and in the midst of ‘antiquer’s heaven” for which the Valley is renowned. Tree Streets Inn offers you a soothing getaway in this most beautiful part of Virginia and welcomes you with an abundance of warmth and hospitality.

A wonderful stay. The hosts looked after us so well and were extremely personable. The house is in a great location and The Chestnut Room was beautiful. Breakfasts each morning were delicious. Highly recommend this establishment. V

Always stay at Tree Streets when we are in Waynesboro. Wouldn't miss seeing Nickie and Bill and their fabulous breakfasts. Don't skip the homemade granola. They are what Southern Hospitality is all about.

We stayed at the Tree Streets Inn for one night in June, up to visit Virginia wine country. We picked Tree Streets bc of its central location in Waynesboro and its rates were quite favorable compared to other local B&Bs which are rip-off central. Rooms are well appointed and the beds comfortable. We stayed in the Chestnut room and had a great night of sleep. It was very quiet and despite all other rooms in the house being occupied we didn't hear a peep out of anyone. Breakfast of French toast and fruit was tasty and filling. The "snack porch" had some sodas tea and coffee for after hours and was a nice addition. The pool was refreshing on a hot June weekend.

We had such a wonderful stay at Tree Streets Inn. We found the house to be beautiful and accommodating. I was impressed that there were so many sitting areas so all guests could enjoy sitting outside (or inside) but still have privacy if desired. And the pool was a big plus!! The house and gardens were beautiful and relaxing and we really enjoyed our stay. Can't wait to be back!

I was traveling with a girlfriend for business and wanted someplace closer to town so I booked here and I'm glad I did. Both of our rooms were beautiful, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast each morning was shared with the other guests where we had a delicious home cooked breakfast (including homemade jam!) and interesting conversation. Plenty of room around the house to curl up and read a book or just daydream and listen to nature. Would absolutly stay here again.

We arrived a little before 3, the stated website check in and Bill greeted us saying, "hi, I was looking for you at noon", the time I had indicated our arrival in town would be. What hotel ever "looks" or even allows a 3 hours prior check in? Bill showed us our rooms, which were beautifully appointed, a snack area complete with coffee, bagged snacks and various refrigerated drinks all on a sun porch overlooking pool and gardens. He then asked how we liked our eggs and proceeded to serve all of his guests a homemade egg, ham and fruit breakfast the next morning!~ The rooms were quiet, the beds really comfortable and no expense spared on the linens and furnishings. The restaurant recommendations proved to be delicious as well. Will definitely stay here again!!
