    European charm meets country comfort. Our 3 course gourmet breakfast is customized for each person and is served outside on the deck under the trees, weather permitting. Our rooms include queen beds, whirlpool tubs, LCD TV, electric fireplace, DVD player and a complimentary list of DVD's. Wine, cheese platters and homemade goodies are some of our complimentary amenities. Country Villa Bed & Breakfast, Inn & Day Spa is on 4 acres in rural Virginia Beach, only 7 minutes from a quiet, almost private beach at Sandbridge with free parking. Nearby restaurants, golfing, nightclubs, walking trails, shopping and 15 minutes from the boardwalk. Enjoy a glass of wine, and individual cheese/cracker & fruit platter. LCD TV's & our library of DVD's, quality bedding, towels and robes, fresh flowers, candles and sweet treats!     Our newly renovated Elodie Suite has rich brown curtains and cream sheers, a draped French Provincial, queen bed & romantic fireplace.     Reservation Policy

    • Check in: 3 pm    Check out: 11 am

    • Minimum stay: Holidays may require a 2 or 3 nights minimum stay.

    • Deposit amount required: 50% of total held for deposit at booking. Checks must be received 14 days prior to arrival date.

    • Cancellations: Cancellations or changes must be made 14 days prior to arrival date to receive refund. All cancellations have a $25 processing fee per room, per night. Cancellations made fewer than 14 days prior to arrival forfeit the full amount of deposit which is 50 percent of all charges. Cancellations made 7 days prior to arrival date forfeit all charges unless room is rebooked. If we are able to fill your canceled dates, 50 percent of your charges will be credited back to your account (excluding any Spa services.) Early departures will be responsible for the full reservation. A minimum nights stay may be required. Rates based on single and double occupancy (taxes not included).

    I surprised my boyfriend for Valentine's Day with a night here and it was so wonderful. The room was beautiful and Petie & Phil offered more hospitality than we could have ever hoped for.

    My wife and i just spent our 8th anniversary at this wonderful little B & B near sandbridge, Va. Was a very relaxing and extravagant getaway. The owners - Phil and Petie - have created an amazingly relaxing and lavish getaway in their beautiful home. They are masters of hospitality and the attention to detail was apparent everywhere in everything. The breakfast was as advertised - EXCELLENT! I had the spanish omelet for my "2nd course" - hands down one of the best omelets i have ever had. The entire stay was truly wonderful. Phil and Petie are truly running a little gem of a B & B.

    Petie and Phil made us feel right at home. The 3 course breakfast was just amazing, best Eggs Benedict we have ever had! When we booked the reservation Petie took the time to discover what we liked. She even tasked what kind of wine we liked and a bottle of Pinot Grigio was waiting in our room along with most delicious cookies. Phil and Petie treat you better than family, they had breakfast ready for us at 7AM as we had an early flight. Due to the rainy and windy weather we didn't get to enjoy the hot tub or pool. Loved the attention to detail in the decor of our room especially Phil's charcoal drawings, he has real talent. When we come back to visit our family we will certainly book again. Can't wait until Petie publishes her cookbook.

    The service and surroundings were immaculate and beautiful. Petie and Phil have a high esthetic and values. The three-course breakfast is intense! Be prepared to have everything just the way you want it. It was a bit expensive but we were grateful to be able to stay one night only, since many others have a 3 night minimum.
