The Princess Ann room was beautiful, private, and had an awesome shower and separate whirlpool tub! They also have a nice hot tub outside which capped a romantic night off. The couple running t place were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious and they even put out wine and cheese. I would definitely return! Next time I will stay longer...

This B & B is in a great location with a very easy walk to the beach. The innkeepers were very helpful and friendly. The steam/showers were a disappointment as the jet sprays were very weak. Only small items to comment on; it would be a good idea to have a cereal option if the hot breakfast isn't something guests want. There weren't any drinking cups in the rooms or bathroom and guests have to go downstairs to the pantry to borrow a hairdryer. Also some light bulbs in the room needed to be replaced. All in all, a very warm, inviting place.

A great place to stay. It is quiet, pleasant, clean and in walking distance to the beach. The owners were very friendly and they cook great food !

The decor is fresh, light and clean. The rooms are comfortable, spa showers are a wonderful treat and the gourmet made to order breakfast is 4 star quality. We also enjoyed the innkeepers' and the owner's company. There were personal touches that make you feel attended to. I would recommend this as a wonderful honeymoon, couples getaway, or retreat weekend.

My boyfriend and I stayed here to celebrate our 2 year anniversary, and it was an exceptional experience, start to finish. We arrived late due to traffic, but our key was left for us, along with a personalized welcome note wishing us a happy anniversary. Our room, the Princess Anne, was beautiful, and our bathroom had a jacuzzi and a rainfall shower. Breakfast both mornings was delicious; perfect portions, and unique recipies. The owners, Greg and Yvonne, are incredibly personable and welcoming, and they gave us great restaurant recommondations. We wholeheartedly recommend this b&b, and hope to stay there again in the future.

We stayed at Beach Spa over the Thanksgiving weekend. We thought that the room was nice and Greg & Yvonne were friendly and welcoming, but we were disappointed at the breakfasts we received while we were there, enough so that we skipped breakfast on our last morning there. We've been to many B&Bs over the years, and have always been overwhelmed by the high quality of the breakfasts we've received (i.e. choice of menu, execution, presentation). In this case, we were very underwhelmed. As an example, the first morning we were given a small cup of chopped up kiwi with a dollop of what appeared to be raspberry preserves or compote, and one little thin slice of pear. It wasn't the best way to present kiwi. We were then given two very small slices of french toast, made from Italian bread or baguette (to give you an idea of how small the slices were), along with a lump of some mystery "sausage" that was made from chopped vegetables...or something. The second morning we were given a plate of what we were told was "baked banana" with macerated grapes...but the banana was raw! We were then given what amounted to a pile of thinly sliced onions that were sauteed and mixed with canned stewed tomatoes and a couple of hard boiled egg wedges, sitting on a hash browned potato. We were told this was tomato gratin over a potato nest, but it just looked like a plate of food. Overall, the presentation was poorly executed, the portion sizes were small, and the food itself was just o.k. Maybe this isn't representative of what's usually served, but we can only talk about what we received. In hindsight, what really disappointed us the most was Greg's reply to our TripAdvisor review (see 11/27/11) and similar replies to other people who have given him less than stellar reviews. Greg, you're not going to get five star reviews from everybody, and when that happens, it's an opportunity to re-assess what you're doing, and improve.

The rooms were cozy and very pristine. The breakfast rivaled fine hotels. The owner was charismatic and inviting. I would absolutely stay at the Beach Spa Bed & Breakfast in the future and would recommend it to friends and family.

This was our 3rd stay at the Beach Spa B&B, no reason to stay anywhere else. Sparkling clean, comfortable, walk to the beach and restaurants, great rooms. Greg, Debbie & Yvonne are the best hosts you could ask for. Only wish this B&B was in every city we travel to.

The shower was amazing! Breakfasts were yummy and the innkeepers personal restaurant recommendations were great. Overall it was a laid back, relaxing stay except for the unavoidable jet fighters overhead.

Yes the price we pay for freedom. Some like to marvel at the technology that flies over head. Afterall, where can you go and be entertained with an air show that occurs every now and then. It is quiet this week just the sound of the ocean and waves. Enjoy

Rooms are nicely decorated, with comfortable beds and other furnishings. Really appreciated the walk-in bathroom, and personalized touches throughout the suite. Enjoyed Greg's delicious breakfast, and his obviously-trained serving skills. He excells in culinary skills, using fresh fruits and herbs. Food was served at exact temperatures! Hard to do with guests waiting. Great location in Virginia Beach, and the time of the year (late October) was perfect for those of us who detest hordes of folks. The one big drawback is there is no place to enjoy a cocktail or glass of wine if you are with another couple. This is really lacking here. Many other B & B's serve wine and cheese upon arrival and late afternoon - we missed that here when it wasn't part of the amenities.

Thanks so much for your comments. As a note we do serve a hors devours and a drink between 4 and 6 pm everyday during summer, on the weekends during the shoulder season and on holidays during the winter. We also have wine specials and offer many great packages. We have rearanged the funiture in front to accomodate seating around the fireplace and many guests have taken advantage of the new seating arrangement. We may not be as grand as century old mansions that have parlors but we make up for it with charm, fantastic location, and incredible accomodations. So once again thank you so much for your comments.

Our experience from beginning to end was superb. The attention to detail in all aspects of the Bed & Breakfast was flawless. The breakfast was delicious and interesting each morning. The staff was wonderful. Again, FLAWLESS in every aspect of our stay. We highly recommend.

I decided to surprise my wife with night at the Beach Spa during the week and was very happy with how it turned out. Greg and Yvonne are extremely pleasant and hospitable - The home is beautiful and very well maintained - and the breakfast was incredible. At about the same rate as the surrounding hotels I would HIGHLY recommend this B&B to anyone coming to the area and even locals(we're only about 20 min away and it was well worth it) Can't wait to stay here again and take advantage of the couples massage :) Thank you for making my surprise flawless. -Ross

This was a fantastic bed and breakfast with personalization at its best. The breakfasts were amazing as well as the hospitality. I would definately recommend this to anyone not wanting to stay at a run-of-the-mill beach hotel. Greg and Yvonne definately have a great home like sucessful bed and breakfast.

My wife and I spent a long weekend at Beach Spa Bed and Breakfast, and enjoyed every minute of it. Everything from the location of the of the bed and breakfast (right in the middle of the boardwalk as well as all of the off-boardwalk dining and entertainment), to the outstanding breakfast meals prepared by the innkeeper, to the recommendations made by the innkeeper for where to go and what to see were exceptional. We're already planning our next trip to the Beach Spa Bed and Breakfast!

All in this B&B was excellent: welcoming host, cleanliness, service, and good breakfast. The only caveat was the room did not have bath tap, but just shower...but not big deal. I would recomend it and come again.

We honeymooned here 2 years ago and came back this month to celebrate our 2 year anniversary. WE LOVE IT HERE! And we plan to make regular reservations. :-)

We had a wonderful time here! When we entered out room, we found a personalized greeting card with a list of dining suggestions, grocery stores, and events going on in the area. The shower/tub had jets on the wall and a rainfall shower head (and it was extremely clean)! For breakfast we had a ham/spinach/parmesean cheese soufle and on our second day we had an oven baked apple pancake with bacon. The inkeepers were extremely kind and personable. The house that we stayed in was very cozy feeling and nice and quiet. The inkeepers set out wine and or'devous every night. There was a communal fridge in case we wanted to bring home leftovers (everyone was very respectful of our belongings). We had a wonderful time in Virginia Beach and our stay at the Beach Spa Bed and Breakfast made it even better! We would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I stayed there mid-week for a quick end-of-summer getaway and it could not have been better! We are bed and breakfast lovers for the cozy rooms, personal attention and the amazing breakfasts... Beach Spa B&B was the best yet! The rooms are modern with cozy vintage furniture touches. Greg, the owner, was the perfect host and made the most delicious, beautifully plated breakfasts we have ever had and he made them fresh for us! And they had a cozy hot tub that lights up in all different colors....This place is THE BOMB.COM!

We have never considered ourselves the "bed and breakfast" type, but decided to try on something new. We wanted to go somewhere close to home to renew after a stressful year. To our delight, Beach Spa Bed and Breakfast was the perfect fit! Greg, the innkeeper, made us feel right at home from the time we arrived until the end of our visit. Without being at all intrusive, he made suggestions about places to eat and about the area. Greg is an amazing cook and catered to my husband's non-gourmet needs with kind consideration. Our room was large, welcoming, and very clean. The bathroom with it's steam shower, rainfall shower, and hydro massage was luxurious and a lot of fun. The beach is an easy walk: close yet far enough away from the nightly commotion of the boardwalk so we can sleep undisturbed. We splurged and treated ourselves to massages in the tower. We both felt relaxed and rejuvenated from Marsha's expertise. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we decided to stay an extra day. We will definitely plan to come back next year!

Greg convinced me to come, even through the prediction was rain..I am so glad we came because he was right! The room was excellent, food was great, but not filling, and he was a joy to converse with.

What a gem! My family of four (including 2 young sons) could not have had a better time at this B&B. The food was a-m-a-z-i-n-g! I am still thinking about it. Breakfast just isn't the same here at home. :) The room was beautiful and spacious, the bathroom was very nice (the spa tub/steam shower was very relaxing), and the whole B&B was so quaint and charming. Greg (the owner) was so kind and thoughtful and made as feel like old friends. He really made us feel welcome but was also very laid back and calm. One of my favorite things about the B&B was the quiet. It was soooo quiet at night. No slamming doors, people talking in hallways, or elevators to keep you up at night. We enjoyed the large balcony which helped us spread out and also the quick walk to the beach. Plan on coming back many more times. Thank you!!!

Our stay at the Beach Spa BNB in Virginia Beach was great. The rooms are very comfortable, with incredible bathroom facilities, and the staff are extremely friendly and courteous. The breakfasts were delicious, and they go out their way to make sure that you have an enjoyable time while staying there.

This bed and breakfast was wonderful. The room was large, clean and very comfortable. The tub/shower was computerized and a dream. The food was excellent and the staff warm and attentive. The location was perfect, parking convenient, we only wish we could have stayed longer. We will look forward to another stay in the future. If you are looking for a place that is quiet and convenient this is it!

Easy to find. Was short three blocks to the Beach. The Breakfasts were great - a different taste treat every morning. Rooms were large and very clean. Lots of hot water - never ran out! If you can, convince Greg to bake oatmeal raisin cookies every day. They are the best. Would highly recommend to someone who doesn't want the bustle and noise of a very expensive room on the beach. My wife, the teacher, had an outstanding vacation to prepare for the start of the school year.

I'm so glad I stayed here instead of a hotel. It was close to the beach, but so clean and quiet. Also, parking was free. And the breakfasts were great!

My husband and I needed to get away from the hectic work world and decided to head down to Va Beach since is is only an hour and a half away. We have mainly stayed in B & B's over the last several years and feel a more intimate experience and we tend to enjoy the relaxed, not over crowded atmosphere. From the moment we walked in, Greg greeted us, showed us around, took us to our room that was beautiful by the way. Purple and white, comfortable bed and a huge bathroom with a whirlpool tub and massage shower. It was perfect for us. Only two blocks to the ocean, right up from 31st St. and in definite walking distance to the pier and Ocean Eddie's. A delightful stay and we highly recommend it!

One of the best bed & breakfasts I've ever stayed in! My severe food allergies were catered to over and beyond what you would expect from anyone. The Waverley Room's shower was very relaxing and sexy. Great place for couples! I will definitely return. -Five minute walk to beach -Wonderful hospitality -Accommodating -Super fast internet -DVD player in room -Chairs and umbrellas for beach use -Pantry for guests that includes microwave, refrigerator, ice maker, snacks, dryer, etc.

Beautifully appointed rooms, friendly and accomodating service. Wish there had been better goodies at the end of the day. Breakfasts were unique and beautifully served but not very big portions. Perhaps a bread item such as toast or muffins would be better to include with egg dishes. Overall a very pleasant stay and would return.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Beach Spa Bed and Breakfast. The accommodations and location were perfect. The breakfast served each morning was so fresh and original, as well as absolutely delicious. The afternoon "snacks" and drinks were excellent and we loved sitting on our porch in the late day and while we enjoyed them. The owners were helpful and accomodating to our needs. We would highly recommend staying at this Bed and Breakfast and would return again.

My daughter and I travelled from Ontario to Virginia Beach and after long days of driving, were thrilled when we opened the door to our beautiful suite. The Beach Spa Bed and Breakfast is just a few blocks from the busy area of the boardwalk and beach, and is a peaceful respite at the end of a busy day. Our hosts were so helpful, printing out driving maps for us and recommendations for another bed & breakfast on our way home. We loved it here and wished we could stay longer.

My partner and I are from the U.K and had travelled to Virginia for a 10 day trip to celebrate my 40th birthday (he had booked me tickets to a Huey Lewis concert in Newport News). Virginia beach was more commercialised than we expected, however once in the B & B it was easy to forget that. Lovely rooms, although we couldn't get the steam to work on our space age shower - I would ask them to demonstrate this if I went again as I clearly didn't follow the instructions properly! Nice touch with the hot tub and getting in beauty treatments.

We booked two rooms at this b&b; one for my wife and I and the other for the kids. We could not have been more pleased. The rooms were very clean, the AC was great, the shower was something to behold and the location was the best. We were within easy walking distance to everything, but far enough removed not to get caught up in the foot traffic. We had a great time and hopefully we'll be able to return soon. The chair/umbrella rental was a nice touch too. One less thing to worry about. Greg was a great host.

A great place to stay. The rooms are all beautifully appointed and clean. I loved the shower especially. The rest of the facilities were very beautiful and easy to access. The Innkeepers went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. My experience before I got to the location was of concern for me. Apparently they will place an authorization on the card you used to make the reservation for the full amount of your stay 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Apparently there is an email that they will send you right before the authorization. This would not have been a problem had I received the email before the authorization is charged. My email was sent to me only after I called the Inn. Despite all of that my stay really did make up for the problem I had before hand.

We had such a wonderful long weekend. The staff is truly excellent. My favorite part was the wonderful gourmet breakfast. The innkeepers really seemed to care about their guests. They would put out snacks (homemade cookies, watermelon, etc) and drinks throughout the day. It was nice and quiet and a great location. We also loved the spa pool in the courtyard. Very nice touch. Room was wonderful. Very clean and comfortable.

Who knew you could find genuine, comfortable, modern, quality and very inviting Bed and Breakfast in Virginia Beach. The owner of the Beach Spa surprises us each time we visit, from the quality of their Inn to the creativity of their breakfast we feel welcome each time. We are very active (tennis, golf, beach..) and they were very informative to accomodate to our needs, even with great restaurant recommendations. All this in Virginia Beach !!! My husband and I enjoyed staying here. It is only two blocks from the beach, and they even let us keep the car by their lot after we checked out. Food tasted great, but I needed to remind the chef/owner of my allergies. You won't be let down. :-)

Made plans too late to get reservations for our full stay in VA Beach but settled for two nights and then moved to Marriott Courtyard. This was just our second BB experience in last 25 years and it was very nice. We will be sure to plan further ahead when we come back to visit our son who is a Navy pilot stationed at Oceana. We were in two different rooms. Both were very nice, clean, quiet. Parking was vert easy and convenient. Greg, owner was our chef and meals were delicious. You will not be disappointed.

Very much enjoyed this beautiful bed and breakfast. I enjoyed our daily breakfast but my husband expected more food and more protein. The in room massage was fabuleous and we loved hanging out in the beautiful jacuzzi. The shower in the room was nice but complicated to operate. Being only 3 blocks from the beach was great. We could walk to all our distinations and/or take the shuttle.

It was a perfect getaway within a block from the beach and boardwalk.

The staff were awesome. Friendly and informative yet respected our privacy. It was a very relaxing stay. Wish it could have been for longer.

The pretty new house is situated near of the beach and boardwalk. In this area there are many restaurants. In our room we have a special shower with spa-applications. In the morning we've got a tasty breakfast. The bedroom is comfortable and quiet.

My husband and I enjoyed one night at the Beach Spa and wished we could have had more! The room was very clean and made you feel like you were at home. Breakfast was awesome! The location could not have been any better as you are only a short walk to the beach. I would recommend this place to anyone and we will definitely stay there again if we make it back down that way.

This Bed and Breakfast is a great place to stay in Virginia Beach. We picked it because we wanted to be "off" the beach to avoid the crowds, yet able to walk the 3 blocks to enjoy the ocean and events during the summer. We also liked the quiet rooms, and ability to sleep in without hearing noises and people in other rooms or hallways. This B&B is superb for couples and I'd highly recommend staying here versus staying at one of the many hotel properties.

There were motorcycles constantly streaming down the street and were very loud early in the morning and late at night. Even louder than the motorcycles were the fighter jets flying overhead in order to use the air craft carrier docked several miles straight out from the beach. It sounded like a freight train rolling through our room. The food was okay, not exceptional. It wasn't very traditional and felt like I was in a health restaurant. The owner/chef was slightly demeaning in commenting that people who came to the BnB needed to eat healthier things (like turkey sausage) instead of a normal vacation breakfast. It wasn't something I wanted to hear on my vacation/anniversary and before I am about to go prancing on the beach in my swimming suit. The innkeeper/owner was very friendly and talkative but often forgot to follow through (like making reservation times for breakfast both days which resulted in my husband and I having to sit outside with the horseflies and the blasting sun, giving us a parking pass for on the street even after we asked, and didn't give us our dinner gift certificate until a few hours before we were supposed to be there). The couples massages were the highlight of the stay. That is a testament to the masseuses and not the BnB. The Avemere is a nice room. The linens were rented and slightly scratchy. Several lights were burned out in the ceiling. The tile in the bathroom looked like the kind in a public restroom (not very luxurious). There was also no Kleenex in the room. The furniture out on the deck was plastic and it wasn't a pleasant place to sit because the street was so noisy. I didn't feel safe walking around at night by myself in the neighborhood - besides the nice BnB, the neighborhood is pretty bedraggled.

I am very sorry you did not enjoy your stay. In fact, you never mentioned any of these concerns during your two night stay. As far as the neighborhood this is totally outside of our control and most guests feel safe and find the "Old Beach" neighborhood charming. After all many structures like the Beach Spa Bed and Breakfast were built prewar, in the 20's and 30's. The massage therapists are employed by Beach Spa Bed and are in our control. The breakfast time is scheduled for two seating’s and if guests do not honor this time the Beach Spa Bed and Breakfast cannot force guests to sit where and when. Our menu changes every day to please all guests, from Soufflés, to Challah French toast and Truffle Scramble Eggs with Smoked Rainbow Trout. We are also sorry the afternoon cordials and endless cookie jar did not satisfy your needs. We pride ourselves in exceeding every guest expectations. This is the cutest and cleanest B&B in Virginia! The owners have done a great job with the decor. Gormet breakfast is the best every time too!

The hosts made us feel like old friends and were always willing to talk and to visit with us. They also made great breakfasts, and looked after us in making us dinner reservations, making us feel at home, and giving efficient service. The Princess Anne room with its spiral staircase gave us our own entrance so to speak, and was appointed nicely with a great walkin shower that was so refreshing after a hot walk or swim. The spa massage and whirlpool was just what was needed to make our stay memorable!

My husband and I stayed for our anniversary and really enjoyed ourselves. We are local to the area, but we truly felt like we were at a nice getaway retreat! It is only a quick two blocks from the beach and really nice restaurants. Once you park your car, so many things are within walking distance, so we really had an opportunity to enjoy the area. The owners are courteous, kind, and have great suggestions on where to eat and things to do. Our room was beautiful and they even had a Happy Anniversary card on our bed, so thoughtful!!! Just a really great and relaxing stay... And the rainfall shower system in the Princess Anne suite is AMAZING! They also offer Military discounts, so that was the icing on the cake! We would love to stay again in the future!

Beach Spa Bed and Breakfast has become a favorite of ours for a quick getaway from the hectic routine of family life. We have been coming for the past 3 years for a few nights away from the kids and dogs. Danny, Debbie and and Greg make us feel like old friends and are very attentive and doting. Mom and Dad get a few days of spoiling and having someone else do the cooking and cleaning for a change! We are never disappointed with how clean and fresh the rooms are and can't wait for breakfast time. Danny and Greg both are great cooks and we indulge every morning. We can't wait to go back and highly recommend Beach Spa B&B to all our friends!

To all that prefer staying at a bed and breakfast and for those who it's their first time......The Beach Spa Bed and Breakfast is a must stay. Our room the Princess Ann was enchanting. We walked up a private spiral stair case to our own little romantic oasis complete with a private balcony, jaccuzi tub and separate room with body sprays and a rain shower. There were other nice touches to set it apart from other places we have stayed such as fresh sangria and yummy salmon dip and crackers or home made banana bread for happy hour. You could tell that Gregg the owner and the Inn Keepers Debbie and Danny enjoyed their work. As I walked by the kitchen I could over-hear the excitement as they were planning the next day’s healthy gourmet breakfast. We enjoyed lemon ricotta pancakes with fresh strawberries, peach melba french toast, and spinach, ham and parmesan soufflé. The location was central to great restaurants, shopping and night life. The short 3 block walk to the beach offered a buffer to the busy main drag.

Our room was lovely with a pull-out for my son. Greg and Debbie go above and beyond to make their guests feel welcomed. All three mornings served up a wonderful breakfast with tips from the innkeepers about where to go and eat while in VA Beach. Have stayed in many B&Bs and this was one of the best.

This is the third stay at this Inn and we have always enjoyed it. Plan to return in August. Get place, clean and beautiful. 2 blocks from the beach.

I did not expect that much I definitely recommend that place to everybody

Wish we had more time there as it was a night stop on a east coast beach tour we did. Place was very nice and clean with a fantastic breakfast.

Absolutely loved the BeachSpa B&B. Comfortable, warm inviting rooms. The Innkeepers and everyone we met were delightful. Our stay was fabulous and relaxing.

The Beach Spa Bed and Breakfast was as expected. Very clean and relaxing. The owner greeted us and provided really good suggestions for places to eat. I did find the bed to be fairly stiff for my needs (no pillow top) but my wife stated she was very comfortable. The only suggestion, and this is nominal, is to include some additional breakfast options and play some background music (the silence was deafening).

The Inn Keeper and the Owner were working the weekend we were staying and they were the sweetest people. The Inn is beautiful and makes you feel more than just at home. My husband and I had massages in our room and they were the best I've had and I've had many massages. The breakfast in the morning was different and delicious. We were very pleased with the size of the room and the balacony was great. (However, the chairs were all broken) The scenery around the Inn isn't the best and its not exactly quite but you are so comfortable you just don't care. The 3 block walk to the beach is really short and worth it to get to this place. Can't wait to have another excuse to go back.

Everything was perfect about our stay. The Avamere was a great room with a lot of space nice shower and private balcony. The messages were awesome and great to get them in our room. Breakfast was good every morning and the inkeepers and the owner were very nice. I highly recommend staying here over a hotel anyday and will definitly return next time I am in VA beach.

We enjoyed our stay at the Beach Spa Bed and Breakfast. It is a much smarter option than the hotels in the area. The breakfasts were the best we have ever had...very gourmet and creative! It is two very short blocks to the beach and there are many great restaurants in walking distance.

The Beach Spa Bed and Breakfast was a wonderful place for a romantic weekend. We were greeted warmly upon arrival, given a brief tour and explanation of spa shower and they inquired about any special dietary needs. The room was very nice, very well appointed and cozy. The location was perfect to access the beach, boardwalk and nearby attractions. The breakfasts they prepared were delicious and served by a very friendly staff. All in all a very memorable experience we won't forget.

The rooms were roomy (and we had the smallest of them) and very clean. Danny and Debbie were welcoming and very hospitable. The home was two blocks from the beach, and we didn't use our car the entire weekend. We walked everywhere! We were celebrating our Anniversary and Danny and Debbie made it personal by leaving an Anniversary Card in our room with all kinds of information including the weather, things to do and places to eat. Breakfasts' were OUTSTANDING! All around the most fantastic place we have ever stayed and we will definitely stay here again! Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

My husband and I stayed their Memorial Day Weekend. The staff was very hospitable and the breakfasts were delicious. It was just 2 short blocks to the beach.

This place was awesome! The innkeepers were so nice, the food, and the place was fantastic. It's located just a short 3 blocks from the beach and boardwalk, just far enough away from all of the hustle and bustle of the main strip. We highly recommend staying here!

My husband and I were trying to find some place relaxing that was close to the beach. We definatley found it with Beachspa bed and breakfast! The whole atmosphere was relaxing and calm, and only a 3 block walk to the beach. The breakfast that Danny and Debbie served was amazing! We also had the couples in room massage. The massages were amazing and our massage therapists were very kind, pleaseant, and professional. We will be coming back very soon, to enjoy the wonderful ammenities Beachspa B&B had to offer!

Debbie and Danny were very nice and welcoming. I enjoyed the security and comfortable feeling of the bed and breakfast. My husband wished for a bigger breakfast. we did not have a view from our room, It would have been nice to have a garden view, since all rooms cannot view the ocean.

My husband and I just took a weekend get away for us. The innkeepers were great. Our room was nice and super clean... and very quiet at night. We had a great weekend.

We just visited again for our third stay and once again, our stay was comfortable and relaxing. I will not stay anywhere else but here when coming to Virginia Beach and that is saying a lot for someone who only believed in staying "oceanfront" before discovering this place. We feel safe and secure when staying here. Danny and Debbie are out of this world. They make you feel like family. The rooms are clean, cozy, and have a peaceful feeling like no other place I have ever visited! Breakfast is ALWAYS wonderful. Danny can cook! I highly recommend the Beach Spa Bed and Breakfast to anyone who wants to escape everyday life! You won't be sorry! Can't wait to go back for a visit in September! We only had one night to stay in Virginia Beach before heading to a wedding in the Outer Banks, but we were so happy we chose the Beach Spa B and B to experience this great city! Danny gave us a tip for dinner and we ended up having a wonderful meal....even went back the next day for lunch! Thanks for a great start to our vacation.

My husband and I enjoyed a very relaxing stay at the Beach Spa B&B. The room was comfortable, very large, and beautifully decorated. The spa bathroom was great. Our hosts, Danny and Debbie were wonderful. They made us feel very welcome, provided us with excellent food, and were very helpful in suggesting local activities and restaurants. The only thing wrong with our stay was that it was too short. We would have loved to stay and enjoy their pampering for several more days. We highly recommend this B&B for a couple looking to get away from it all and just relax.

Danny and Debbie Santos were the most gracious hosts and the location of the inn could not be better. For us, it was walking distance to almost everything we were interested in including all of the restaurants. If we are ever in Virginia Beach again, we would have no hesitation in returning to the Beach Spa Bed and Breakfast. We would recommend it to anyone who enjoys the B&B experience.

Debby went above and beyond to make sure that we had a perfect weekend. I would 100% recommend this B&B to anyone looking for a romantic weekend, a girls' getaway or some alone time. Beautiful!

Unfortunately, dinner at the Hilton made Susan ill and she was laid up for a day and a half, and couldn't enjoy Danny's special breakfasts, but well enough to enjoy a terrific dinner at the Terrapin. She had a massage that she says was wonderful. Overall, Inn was as described in most of the reviews. We were glad to stay in the Avamere where the weather permitted breakfast on the deck. Susan would like a "redo".

We had a wonderful time, very clean, and very nice innkeepers!

Beach Spa is less than two blocks to the boardwalk and beach -- easy to run back to your room any time you like. Parking arrangements are excellent. Breakfasts were gourmet, featuring amazing French toast, delicious sausage, a light and delicious egg, cheese and ham flan, the best breakfast potatoes I've ever had, and fruit and yogurt "appetizers" with each breakfast. Amenities include a very handy "guest pantry" with fridge, microwave, plates and cutlery and much more, so you can bring home leftovers or make a snack at any time. Best of all, the inn welcomes children, which many B&Bs do not. I would highly recommend Beach Spa especially for travelers who want to be away from the huge hotels and noisy beachfront area but who still want convenient access to the beach.

Far above our expectations, very friendly, very clean and the food was fabulous. We were expecting some muffins and coffee for breakfast and recieved a two course wonderful breakfast, The Innkeepers and and spa staff were very friendly and accomidating. It was a great weekend get-away. We have already recommended it to many friends.

My boyfriend and I decided to go on a short getaway to VA beach, and we are SO happy that we chose to stay at the Beach Spa B&B. It was our first B&B experience, and we absolutely loved it! We looked forward to breakfast every morning (Danny is an AMAZING cook!!). He always surprised us with new delicious dishes. My favorite was the potato pancakes, while my boyfriend especially liked the four-cheese&ham frittata. Danny also generously provided scrumptious pastries in the afternoon. We also looked forward to the showers as the reviews raved about them... they were truly amazing! The rooms were clean, the outdoor spa was relaxing, and the location was very convenient (1-2 short blocks to the beach and boardwalk). We hope to return in the near future! My wife and I just wanted to get away for a night and came across the Beach Spa Bed and Breakfast. We thought that it looked different and very comfortable. The location was perfect. Just a couple of blocks off of the boardwalk. The room was wonderful with a spa feel. A gourmet breakfast in the morning followed by a massage that took 10 years of stress off. Thank you!

I stayed in the Princess Anne room, which was a treat. I was by myself, so was it perfect and cozy. I enjoyed the tub and shower features. Staying for 4 days, the toughest decision was deciding which feature to use :) Debbie and Danny strike the perfect balance of being attentive when needed and unobtrusive when not required. They were flexible with arrival schedules and mealtimes. I felt very cared for when I was left snacks in the Guest Pantry when I was not able to do normal mealtimes. The Breakfast aspect of my stay was above my expectations- which was a nice wholesome meal--what I got was a gourmet experience. A few examples are Asparagus Crepes Mornay, Lemon Ricotta Pancakes, Vegetable Frittata. The simplest was French Toast, dubbed "Slice of Heaven" by another reviewer, which it very much was. The meals were two courses with first course of fruit, then the main entree, always presented with simple elegance. On the whole my experience was positive. The restaurant recommendation to Terrapin is not to be missed. If you are looking for a more personal, intimate experience, this is the place to stay. If you want more hustle and bustle and a feeling of being anywhere-in-America familiar brand experience, look to the Boardwalk. To get a true local feel, try Beach Spa Bed and Breakfast. Nalini

The Beach Spa Bed and Breakfast is AWSOME! Debbie and Danny have created a very relaxing and tranquil setting. The site and all its rooms were immaculate. I loved the modern look and feel of my room, especially the bathroom. The breakfasts that Danny made were to die for! Danny even accomodated my very picky husband. The Beach Spa Bed and Breakfast is a gem in Virginia Beach. I will never stay at a hotel in Virginia Beach as long the Beach Spa Bed and Breakfast has availability. I just wish I would have taken advantage of having a in-room massage....that's for next time. My husband and I plan to return for our anniversary later on this year. I can't wait to go back.

I'm a hard person to please. I don't give the best rating...ever. I love the Beach Spa Bed and Breakfast. Every aspect gets an A+. Clean, modern, great location, bathrooms are AWESOME but most important is the service. The innkeepers (Debbie and Danny) are so nice, so attentive and the breakfast dishes are AMAZING. For the men out there, choosing the Beach Spa will make you look like a hero to your women.

We arrived and were checkin in quickly.The photos of the room did not do it justice. The Pinewood was beautiful!!! We arrived a little weary but after the weekend we were invigorated and ready to book another trip. Excellent stay.

The "cleanliness" item in the five categories made the most lasting impression. You see, our room came equipped with this futuristic shower stall, sauna, overhead "rain forest" nozzle, a tub/jacuzzi and these top-to-bottom water jets from all directions. We had not seen one of these, so we were so dazzled by the thing that we didn't pay especially close attention to the verbal directions. Next morning before breakfast I went to turn the overhead nozzle on and in the process of trying to second guess the key pad, I touched off the power jets. You'd be amazed how clean you can get in about 1.5 seconds of these little blasters. The majority of the bathroom would just need to drip dry, and I'd guess that it would pass any inspection by any bed and bathroom inspection police. We still got to breakfast on time, and it was as good to eat as the shower was to get clean.

The hosts where extremely welcoming, the massages were teriffic and the house/rooms were beautiful. We usually stay at hotels, but from now on we'll be coming here. It was the best experience ever.

Recently stayed here with my wife. We were both very pleased. The room was amazing, the inn keepers were great, and the food was fantastic. The inn keepers were always ready and willing to do anything to please us during our stay, were very friendly and very familiar with the area which helped to plan our great days in Virginia Beach. I would highly recommend the Beach Spa B&B. Unless of course you don't want to have a great, relaxing time.

Our stay at the Beach Spa B&B was phenomenal! We were very hesitant about a bed and breakfast as we had never stayed at one before but it turned out to be the perfect choice! The place was beautiful and the Innkeepers (specifically Debbie, we never had the chance to meet Danny since our stay was so short) were extremely kind and helpful both before and during our stay- giving us suggestions and directions for a DELICIOUS dinner! The spa pool was wonderful and the bathroom and robes were exactly what we were hoping for! We had to leave early in the morning and missed breakfast but Danny and Debbie were kind enough to leave us fruit and yogurt and a card so we could eat and run. Overall, it was a perfect stay and we are looking forward to returning in the near future!

TMy wife and I visited the Beach Spa B&B over Thanksgiving. We needed a place to stay near my relatives and wanted something quiet, comfortable, and within easy reach of our relatives. This B&B was the ideal hideaway. The room in which I stayed was absolutely as advertised -- spacious and comfortable -- and had a very nice bathroom. The only thing that might have been improved was the bedside lighting by which to read. (Compact flourescents -- at least at the wattage of the bulbs in the bedside lamps -- were simply inadequate, particularly with the rather heavy lamp shades on the lamps.) The wi-fi in the room was easy to set up and worked perfectly also. Service exceeded our expectations. We were seamlessly greeted, had our reservation confirmed, shown our room, briefed not the B&Bs amenities, breakfast time, and offered a parking pass for street parking. The rate for the room was right on target. The breakfasts were creative and tasty.

What a treasure in Virginia Beach. Danny and Debbie are incredible hosts. All Danny's restaurant recommendations are perfect, plus his breakfast creations are impressive. Debbie makes you feel like this B&B is your home. New, clean, modern and well maintained. Will always stay with them on our visits to Va. Beach.

I was hesitant to book a weekend getaway off the internet but I was glad I did. My boyfriend and I went off season just to enjoy a weekend away from everything. Everything was better than expected. Our room was stunning and the service even better. The breakfast was phenomenal! Danny and Debbie were fantastic and extremely helpful. During our stay we received a couples massage that was to die for! My boyfriend tore his shoulder many years ago and said for the first time in years it didn’t hurt. I just enjoyed the hour massage! We went in November and it was perfect. They will definitely be seeing us again!

This was our first trip to a Bed & Breakfast, and our first trip back to Virginia Beach since we were married over 17 years ago. Debbie & Danny were the most gracious hosts. They made you feel like you were at home, and they were your next door neighbors! The room reminded us of going to a room in our house that my wife would have decorated. Everything was clean and in it's place, and we never heard anyone else in the B&B. The breakfast that was served everyday could of been in any foods magazine for presentation for one! But the way all the food tasted was 'to die for'. The variety of food was endless and the portions were perfect for any appetite you have. Anything we wanted to do at the beach was in walking distance, and coming back to the Beach Spa, was just returning to yuor own home. Debbie and Danny were always cheerful!! This is the way they are honest!! They had suggestions for restaurants and any event you wanted to attend. Both of these crazy people helped me with planning my wife's suprises for her birthday! My wife and I have booked ourselves for next spring for a week, and will continue to book with Debbie & Danny anytime we go to VA Beach!! This was my 1st experience at a B&B. Place was easy to find, located minuites from the boardwalk and waterfront. Catch 31 was a great place to eat..will go back.

My husband and I are "locals" and this was our 3rd stay at Beach Spa Bed and Breakfast. It is perfect for an overnight stay as a couple or even a family vacation. We spent a week on another stay and brought our daughter for a beach vacation and it was perfect for that as well. The food is always amazing and the staff is attentive and takes a genuine interest in each guest. I would highly recommend this Bed and Breakfast and have...to many of my friends.

Danny and Debbie went out of their way to accommodate my confusing food allergies. All of the food was delicious, and I felt really special that they made something just for me. The spa bathroom was a wonderful surprise. The shower was so luxurious.

My new bride and I decided on staying at the Beach Spa Bed and Breakfast and it was the best decision we made. The innkeepers were pleasant, engaging, and very helpful with finding local events and restaurants. They helped us with a reservation to the Terrapin and we had an amazing dinner there. The rooms were quaint, cozy, and very relaxing. The fact that each room had its own character was very appealing. The ammenities available to guests were great and the spa pool was very relaxing. Above it all, though, were the breakfasts which were just fantastic. Every day seemed to be just one surprise after another. We honestly felt spoiled. It was nice to be so close to the beach, but not directly on you could stay away from the crowds and actually enjoy being near the ocean. We will be coming back and staying with them again. Debbie and Danny were great; the breakfasts were delicious and the entire b&b was clean and pleasant. I slept through the night for the first time in nearly a year! We were only a couple blocks from the ocean, and walking distance from quite a few restaurants. The Swedish massage was a perfect start to the day. We definitely recommend the Beach Spa.

My boyfriend and I recently stayed at the Beach Spa B&B and had a wonderful time. This was our first time at Virginia Beach and staying at a B&B and I'm glad to say we chose the right one! It's located just a few blocks from the beach/strip so you can walk to just about any restaurant you want and a 5 minute walk from the beach but you don't have all the commotion and noise. The room was in excellent condition and the spa tub/shower were incredible. Danny and Debbie were very accomodating and full of information about the area. They customized my breakfast due to some food allergies, and every meal was fresh and delicious. All the restaurant recommendations they made were great, from the local restaurant and bar to a more upscale restaurant. We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend the Beach Spa B&B to anyone and will definitely be back!

Danny and Debbie went beyond expectations in welcoming us and ensuring our stay was all we wanted. They were helpful in guiding us to restaurants and points of interest. Our daughter and son-in-law gave us a gift card to the Beach Spa when they got married 2 years ago and we decided that we would use it to celebrate our anniversary. We had spent our honeymoon at Virginia Beach 37 years ago and thought this would be a perfect time to revisit - tourist season had ended for the summer and we could walk the boardwalk and just enjoy each other's company. We had never stayed at a bed and breakfast and was not sure what to expect. From the moment we arrived and walked through the front door we knew it was the right decision for us. Spent a long weekend at the Beach Spa B&B for my birthday and don't think I would have enjoyed it more anywhere else. The accommodations were wonderful, very clean and private. A very short walk to the beach was great and the little neighborhood was very safe and quiet. A very comfortable experience, Danny makes a "mean" breakfast and both Danny and Debbie are very inviting and nice to interact with. We felt welcomed and we were able to enjoy some very good food nearby. The hot tub/pool was great with the little waterfall. All in all it has been a great experience and we will definitely go back.

My newlywed husband and myself stayed at Beach Spa Bed and Breakfast for our honeymoon. The innkeepers I cannot say enough great things to match their kindness and hospitality. We really felt like we were the only people there even though their were about 5 other rooms full. Debbi and Danny made sure coffee was ready each day and the breakfast was wonderful. I would stay there again and again, next time it will be a family visit with our children. The rooms are very cozy and set up perfect with a beautiful balcony to sit and read on or just stare at the stars at night. We had an absolutely wonderful time. It is such a close walk to the beach and main strip we only had to use our vechicle once in the four days we were there. I would recommend Beach Spa Bed and Breakfast to anyone who wants a relaxing, but fun place to stay at Virginia Beach. I am a lVB ocal and decided to take a much needed vacation with my children, ages 2 3/4 and 9. You may think I'm crazy- but there is so much to explore in our own backyard. We had only been to the beach twice this year- that is the oceanfront and there is lots of territory to explore. They loved it- and so did I. We put our bikes in the truck and basically bicycling was our mode of transportation. We rode all the way down to the Grommet Playground. The spa/pool was a great hit with the children. We made new friends with a family from Manassas, VA. The fridge on the premises was a big hit as our rotiserre chicken we just made into sandwhiches, etc. My brother and his girlfriend visited us and we ordered pizza. We had an absolute blast. I will come back again with or without the kids. We were sad to leave- but school orientation awaited us.

We loved our room (The Princess Anne)! However, I was thinking, that it should somehow be noted in the description that the ONLY access to it is via a narrow spiral staircase, so this room may not be appropriate for certain person (OK...put it right out there: obese, persons that may drink a little too much and stumble in from the bars, etc.) Once you get to the room, it is spacious with a gorgeous bathroom. One of only two rooms with a balcony --- albeit this one has only standing room for two persons. Nice heated outdoor spa...be sure to let the innkeepers know about 30 minutes prior to using so they can turn the heater on. There was some welcoming snack provided on the check-in afternoon, but the guests there prior to us consumed it all, so we were left with scratch. I would suggest either placing it in each guest room, or, having enough on hand for everyone (and we checked in way before the innkeepers retire for the night). We did have a nice personalized welcome card greeting us by name and wishing us a "Happy Anniversary." Nice touch. We enjoyed looking at the reproductions of old Virginia Beach postcards, travel posters, etc..., which are found on a lot of the walls. Price was a little higher than what we have paid in the past for bed & breakfast stays, but, it was still less expensive than staying in one of the hotels on the oceanfront (two blocks away)...and certainly, the rooms here are a MUCH nicer product than what most of the hotels offer. We plan to return in the winter, when the rates drop considerably, but a couple can still enjoy the luxury and amenities of the facility!

We recently stayed in the Albemarle room for our 7th anniversary. It was a wonderful place to get away!! The service was amazing. Our room was beautiful and the spa shower was OUT OF THIS WORLD. Best shower ever. Breakfast was delicious both mornings and the crab dip Danny made was the best we've ever had. We loved that places to eat and the beach were just a short walk away. We had a fabulous time. Thank you so much!

Very relaxing and perfect for a romantic getaway. The staff was very nice and the surroundings were very pretty. Very convenient location too. Very happy.

My husband and I had a great trip to Virginia Beach recently. This stary was only made that much better by the decision to stay at this awesome location. The innkeepers were fantastic and were able to meet our every need. They were very informative of the events in the area and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The room was fantastic and the relaxation of the porch areas and outside dining table were very comfortable. We will definately return to this bed and breakfast in the future and hope to see our new friends when we get there! Thank you Debbie and Danny for a fantastic week!

This Bed and Breakfast is UNBEATABLE!! The staff were outstanding and the rooms were unbelieveable! The first night we stayed in the smallest room and once we were in the room we were in awe at how clean and spacious it was! The second night we opted to treat ourselves to even more and moved up to the largest room. Let me say, my entire family could have stayed in that room! The furniture and the private deck really made this room even more special. After a few days of eating gormet breakfasts, lounging in the jacuzzi, getting massages, walking around virgina beach, and simply getting treated like a King and Queen. This will definately become a yearly ritual!

My wife and I just got back from a weekend "stay-cation" at Beach Spa and I have to say that we were very impressed and would recommend it to anyone. We wanted to have a weekend away but didn't want to spend the money to really get away, so we drove down from Newport News. Many times when you go away, you end up staying at the same places as everyone else and you lose that privacy effect. There are only a handful of rooms and we only saw other people at breakfasts, so we were able to enjoy time to our selves in peace and tranquility. The innkeepers were phenomenal hosts, showing us around, serving wonderful meals at breakfast, and even recommending places to eat for dinner. The cottage is only 3 blocks from the oceanfront making it a quiet stay but also easy to get around on foot. If you have a chance, I would recommend getting a massage during your stay. Our room was beautiful and the spa shower in the room was pretty cool. Overall, this was a great stay at a great place with great hosts: if you can, definitely stay for a weekend!

All I have to say is just stay here! The food was great, the innkeepers were great, the room was great, the amenities were great, the massages were great, the overall experience was great. We felt like we were at a good friends house for the weekend. The only thing that wasn't great was the weather, because it was cool. And if you like good dining, go to Zoe's and ask for Lee. I don't think I have ever reviewed anything online other than a Netflix or Blockbuster movie, so for me the the fact that I took the time to post this and I posted a link on my Facebook page says a lot. The only other thing I would recommend is going during the off season when the price is low. It's worth the 200+ during the peak, but we paid between $150 and $170 a night and at that rate, with everything combined, we felt like we really got a steal. Oh, and if you go, hopefully Danny and Debbi are still there. They are the innkeepers who only complimented the entire experience. Oh and one more thing, ask for the Pinewood room, they haven't put the pictures up yet, but we were told it recently had the spa bath upgraded so you get a little more extra in you spa bath then you would from all the other rooms. I think the actual owners name is Greg Nelson. Great job in going the extra mile. It was well worth it.

My wife and I decided to take a few days to ourselves without kids. This is a great placeto stay, even in Feb.

My wife and I stayed here last night (January 26, 2010). It was our first trip to Beach Spa B&B. We have never stayed at a bed and breakfast place since it is not our "thing." However, we are glad we chose to do so this time because it was great! The location is great. It is the off season so there was only one other couple staying there on the other side of the cottage. There was an issue with our room (renovations were being done and something happened to the power) so we were given an upgrade for free to another room--the Princess Anne. The room was nice and clean. The best part was the bathroom. Jacuzzi tub. My favorite was the shower which was spacious and had various settings. You can sit there and just relax. We also used the jacuzzi tub that is enclosed in a small patio area outside--it was fantastic. Tip: Press the "spa party" button on the controller..you won't be disappointed. Danny was a great host. He was very friendly and we felt very comfortable with him and at the cottage. He was also very knowledgeable about the area especially regarding local restaurants and entertainment. Breakfast was good too! We will definitely return.

We stayed here, in the Waverley, in august 07. I planned this vacation as the trip to propose to my now wife. My parents made the reservations to keep the secret. Everything about our stay was great, everyone was very helpful and nice. The room was very nice, we didn't get the chance to use the spa due to sun burn. The breakfast was very good, the price was very reasonable. We also liked that every room had its own bath. We were very satisfied with our stay and are looking to stay again this Aug. I will recommend this B and B to anyone and everyone. If your looking for the perfect place to stay for your summer vacation this is it.

We just returned from a lovely weekend at the Beach Spa B&B. Our daughter gave us this trip as a gift. We had a wonderful time. Danny and Debbie did a fantastic job making us feel at home. The breakfasts were delicious. The Inn was very comfortable and immaculate. We stayed in the Princess Anne room and it was beautiful. It was very private. We loved the spa shower and the spiral staircase leading up the room! We are looking forward to visiting again soon.

WOW!! Where do I start? I was always a bit reserved about staying a bed and breaksfast, until I stayed with Danny and Debbie in the first week of November, 2009. You feel like family the second you step foot in the B&B. The sprial staircase and privacy of our room was wonderful. The place was so clean. Danny and Debbie was so much fun to hang out with and just chat. the food was great, and the cookies and bruschetta were a nice surprise. Hot tub is very relaxing and my wife loved the massage. As long as Danny and Debbie are here, they will have our repeat business. Thanks again for everything....Jimmy and Nina

My wife and I wanted to try something new. We have always wanted to try a B&B but I was not sure. My thoughts regarding a B&B was like renting out a spare bedroom with breakfast. The innkeepers proved I was more than wrong. My wife and I enjoyed this weekend so much. The property was clean, roomy, safe, and the morning meals were great. We were greeted and treated like family the whole weekend. In my mind the best secret at Virginia Beach. Can't wait to go back, very relaxing.

Danny and Debbie are the best. I dont have one negative thing to say. I cannot believe how clean this place is. So clean, you could eat off the floor. Cookies were a nice treat. Bruschetta is amazing. Massage is a great touch. The wonderful in the hot tub is wonderful. Danny and Debbie were great. We could have hung out with them all day long. Thanks again for everything!!

My partner and I visited for a four-day weekend in October and we were pleasantly surprised. The rooms were new, well- appointed, very comfy, and the walk-in spa shower was very welcome. The breakfasts were indeed gourmet and delicious, and the rates were very reasonable. We will definitely visit again!

The Beach Spa B&B was a wonderful surprise for two couples on a quick weekend get away. Debbie and Danny were wonderful hosts and accommodated our vegan diet with a charming on-the-spot breakfast. The inn was impeccably clean and comfortably decorated in a mix of antique and contemporary decor. The heating/cooling system was new and worked well. Our room was quiet and peaceful. The beach is just a few blocks away as is the heart of VA Beach. We will definitely stay again! We loved the personalized welcome notes and the plush robes!

Everything at the Beach Spa Bed and Breakfast was just perfect. The whole stay was a great experience. Danny and Debbie were so friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. They offered us outstanding recommendations for restaurants in the area. The massage was fabulous! It's just a quick walk to the beach or restaurants, but out of the way enough to feel private and secluded. It's a wonderful place for a romantic getaway or family stay. The breakfast was excellent and very filling. I cannot say enough about how great the place is. Extremely clean and neat!! Thanks for a great weekend!!

Danny & Debbie were great. if there was anything i needed,they said just ask. the breakfast were very tasteful & well presented. the rooms were very neat & clean. the shower area, well lets just say that was a experience in itself. Mike and I had the best 3 days away! Our room was absolutely beautiful! The spa tub was so so nice! The breakfasts were absolutely wonderful and the snacks were great! Ask Debbie about her pesto! And then there's the inkeepers! Debbie and Danny are absolutely wonderful, friendly, actually the ones I'd like to take home with me. I felt as if I were at home with family.
