We are almost finished with our newest room...sure to be popular, it is the entire attic floor of the 1832 house! Private, spacious and stocked with the finest in-home spa treatments...pamper and indulge yourself and a loved one in this lofty hideaway! We are listed on the National Historic Register and we are a Virginia Landmark. High Meadows Vineyard Inn is located in Scottsville,a true small-town on the beautiful James River, just 18 miles from downtown Charlottesville. Our 7 room inn is a marriage of an 1832 Federalist home and a 1882 Italianate Victorian, but with all the amenities of the 21st century. Jetted tubs, king size beds, luxurious Anichini linens, our 13 acres of woodlands, beautiful gardens, 1-acre Pinot Noir vineyard and hilltop location add up to a peaceful getaway from the everyday. Breakfast is served at our guests convenience, in the center hall dining room, on our patio, porch, gazebo, or bedside. Have a special request? Our usual answer is 'yes'!
