I purchased the LivingSocial deal for the Historic Mankin Mansion and I am so glad I did. The proprietors are welcoming, the rooms are beautiful, and the breakfast was absolutely excellent. They referred us to excellent wineries and fantastic restaurants for dinner. They answered all of our questions about the area with patience and enthusiasm, and we felt truly welcomed and at home. The grounds themselves are lovely, and the amenities were great! I would absolutely come back and recommend this bed and breakfast to anyone!

We got the Living Social deal for a two night stay. The place is gorgeous and the hosts are so friendly and accommodating. They threw in all kinds of little extras like snacks and cheese plate. We stayed in our own cottage with two bedrooms and a full kitchen. The cottage and the whole property are beautiful. I can definitely see why people want to have weddings there. They brought in breakfast everyday while we slept in. The breakfast was unbelievably delicious. It was close enough to downtown Richmond so we got to go into town and see the sights. I would absolutely stay here again. It was wonderful.

Beautiful B&B. The room was sparkling clean and the grounds were gorgeous. The owners are wonderful. They are very friendly and made us feel at home. The breakfast was delicious and served beautifully. My husband and I loved all the little extras, such as the wine, cheese platter, snacks and sodas that were in our room. I highly recommend the Historic Mankin Mansion to anyone visiting the area.

The Bridal Cottage was comfortable, beautiful and romantic. The LivingSocial package with all that it includes was worth the cost. What we received for 2 nights would have only been one night in many places. The breakfast both mornings was so filling and tasty. Great cook!!!!
