- Deposit amount required (A credit card is required to hold your reservation.)
- Check in time is 3:00 - 8:00 PM and Check out time is 12:00 AM
- Cancellations:
Cancellations require 10 days notice. If a cancellation notice is received within 10 days of the arrival date, every effort will be made to re-book the room. No charges will be incurred if we are able to book the entire reservation. However, you will be charged the room rate for the nights we are unable to rebook. No shows/No calls will be billed for the entire reservation. Murder Mystery Weekends, UVA Graduation, and Whole House rentals require 30 days cancellation notice.
