The pre-civil war farmhouse - now the quintessential Virginia bed and breakfast- is set on a ten-acre property complete with barn, smokehouse, and springhouse. Elegantly updated and located within the city limits we are just five minutes from colleges, shopping, restaurants, hospitals, and country clubs and fifteen minutes from downtown historic Lynchburg, Virginia and Thomas Jefferson's Poplar Forest.
Ivy Creek Farm B&B offers three lovely, spacious bedrooms, with private baths, queen- or king-size bed, sitting area, fireplace, antiques, luxury linens and bedding, plush towels, luxurious robes, hairdryers and generous toiletries. Modern amenities include flat screen t.v./DVD player, DirecTV, WiFi, Bose Wave® Radios/CD players, extensive library, beautiful indoor heated swimming pool with lap lane and adjoining whirlpool spa.

- Deposit amount required (Reservations are guaranteed only upon receipt of a deposit equal to one night's lodging or 50% of your total reservation, whichever is greater.)
- Check in time is 4:00-6:00 p.m. and Check out time is 11:00 a.m.
- Cancellations:
If your travel plans change and you must cancel or change your reservation, please call us and speak with an innkeeper at least fifteen (15)days prior to your arrival date for a cheerful refund of your deposit less a $25 processing fee. Do not rely on e-mail or voice mail.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than fifteen (15) days days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that you are responsible for your entire reservation.
