      There is a $25.00 cancellation for if the reservation is cancelled more than seven days from the date of arrival. If the reservation is cancelled 7 days or less from the arrival date, 50% of the deposit will be retained. We are happy to provide guests with Gift Certificates in the amount of the full deposit with no $25.00 fee incurred. These Gift Certificates will be good for 24 months.
