This was my first experience at a Bed & Breakfast. Sally and Paul were wonderful hosts and Sally is an excellent chef. They were both very helpful in sharing their knowledge of the house's history and the surrounding area as well. My wife and I would recommend the Mayneview B&B to our family and friends. In fact, I have already begun.

    Wonderful place to stay

Benny and I ran away to Luray to get married and we stayed at the Mayneview in the Merlin room. Everything was perfect and the view looking over the town was gorgeous from the porch of the B & B. The food was excellent and the innkeepers were very accomidating and thoughtful. We will stay there again in the future. And Molly, the B&B cat was so very sweet. Thank you.

The Mayneview is gorgeous, clean, affordable, and everything we were looking for in a weekend away. It's close to great dining in Luray, and the breakfast served by Sally was delish. If you get a chance, try out the hot tub, too. It overlooks the city and made for a perfect Saturday night.

We had a great stay. Rooms were clean, quiet and spacious. We stayed here as we explored the mountains for two days and given our early schedule they were very accommodating and we were still able to have breakfast in the morning. Wish we had gotten a chance to try the hot tub. Guess we'll just have to go back!
