First time we have been to a Bed and Breakfast. Harmony Hill definitely sets the standards high for a "comfy" place to stay! Loved everything about our stay. Wendie and Jay gave great recommendations for places to visit and eat. They select recommendations based on what you are wanting to do. They know their way around the area so well, you shouldn't need a GPS. The ballad room was just so comfortable and inviting. Sitting on the porch just telling life stories just made us feel like we were family. Wendie's breakfasts were so delicious and filling. We just wanted to stay and stay. My husband asked many questions and their patience for that was very kind. Our visit included hiking Crabtree Falls, Hilltop Berry Farm and Winery (which has the best wine and mead),Bold Rock Cidery(best hard cider), Golf, Eating at Oceanwide were just a few things we did. Thank you so much and look forward to staying again!

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay. We were looking for a break from the hectic dc lifestyle and that is just what we got. This place is charming and welcoming. The owners are very personable and accommodating. They guided us to the best attractions in the area, so we had a great time visiting wineries and restaurants. I loved that Wendi have a fresh baked delicious cake waiting when we arrived . I love snacking on sweet treats so this was really great!!

This was a great weekend anniversary getaway for my husband and I. This was our first bed and breakfast experience and we couldn't be more happier. The drive there is scenic with the mountains in every direction. We stayed in the Ballad room and it was beautiful. The room has a nice country feel to it with a brick wall and fireplace and the bed was extremely comfortable. Wendy and Jay were extremely kind and hospitable and we had a great time here. Breakfast was delicious every morning. This is a great getaway from the city for anyone looking to get some r&r. My husband and I drove to Crabtree falls which was only a half hour away. They are extemely kind and hospitable people and made you feel like you were at home. We would definitely go back and recommend friends. Thanks guys!

First getaway for my wife and I in years. We visited in October 2014 while the leaves were making their change. Picked Harmony Hill for its proximity to "Walton Mountain" and to Charlottesville. The home exceeded our expectations as did the hospitality. This was only the second time we stayed at a B&B and were so happy that we decided to give Harmony Hill a try. Breakfast was delicious and the owners were more than accommodating when we requested last minute to change our breakfast time. Highly recommend here as a place to getaway and relax and enjoy what this part of Virginia has to offer.

This truly is a home away from home. Except its more relaxing, tranquil, and beautiful! I'd done quite a bit a research when I was looking for a B & B to go to, and I picked this one because of its reviews and of course, it looked beautiful. Well...those things STILL didn't do the real thing justice. It was better than we could've imagined. I honestly felt like a new and refreshed person when we left, which we did not want to do. Jay and Wendie were the BEST! The are very welcoming, down to earth, and were so accommodating! They asked about our comfort level, food allergies, and recommended the best restaurant. The food was great and everything was so clean as well. The room was perfect and we can't wait to go back!! If I tried, I couldn't think of one complaint! :-)
