An exquisite Shenandoah Valley bed & breakfast with magnificent views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Country quiet, on 8 acres, just 5 minutes from historic Lexington. Six guest accommodations (three suites & three bedrooms) feature central heat / air conditioning, 350+ thread count linens, TV / DVD combinations, down comforters, Pati Bannister Prints, CD / MP3 / radio alarm clocks and wireless high-speed computer access. In addition, we provide a guest computer in the upstairs common area. Your comfort is our main concern and we strive to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness.

A full country breakfast and afternoon refreshments are included in the room rates. We are happy to accomodate special diet needs with prior notice.

    • Minimum stay required (2 night minimum for weekends in October/May and college events)
    • Smoking is allowed outside only (Verandas and Garden only)

    • Consumption of alcohol is permitted
    • Deposit amount required (The equivalent of one night when reservation made, either by check or credit card. 100% of total stay amount for special college events - graduation, parents' weekend, reunion, etc.)
    • Check in time is 3:00 to 7:00 PM and Check out time is By 11:00 AM
    • Cancellations:
      Full refund if canceled 10 days prior to reservation. Special college events and Holiday Weekends require a 30 day cancellation. No-shows will be charged for their entire stay, including packages. When situations arise that necessitate cancellation less than ten days in advance (for example illness or bad weather),the deposit will not be refunded but will be applied to a future stay re-scheduled within six months.
