Historic farm/stable complex includes 7 historic structures, on 584 acres of pastures and woodlands. Mountain views. Nine ponds, with fishing. Bring the children, or host a family get together in this idylic setting. Separate cottage (the "Pond House") and an "Efficiency Suite" with private entrance also available. Enjoy nature on the farm, within easy reach of fine dining, wineries, art museums, historical sites, Charlottesville & Culpeper.
Ideal for equestrian vacationers bringing their own horses, or enjoy guided trail rides on neighboring farm.

Halfway between Orange and Gordonsville, just off Highway 15. Turn onto Route 706 (which dead-ends into 15), and proceed 1/2 mile to Railroad Tracks. When you cross the tracks, you're on the farm, but you still have 1/2 mile to go to reach the farm complex.

Traci runs the B&B operations, and prepares a full breakfast at the Manor House. An extensive Continental breakfast is available at the Pond House.
Vincent Edharri runs the stables, where we board 15-25 horses. The farm offers horse rehab and retirement, as well as standard boarding. - The innkeepers speak: English, French
