Historic farm/stable complex includes 7 historic structures, on 584 acres of pastures and woodlands. Mountain views. Nine ponds, with fishing. Bring the children, or host a family get together in this idylic setting. Separate cottage (the "Pond House") and an "Efficiency Suite" with private entrance also available. Enjoy nature on the farm, within easy reach of fine dining, wineries, art museums, historical sites, Charlottesville & Culpeper. Enjoy guided trail rides on neighboring farm. Pond House is great for children. Watch horses being trained at our equestrian facility.

Tina Atkins runs the B&B operations, and prepares a full breakfast at the Manor House. An extensive Continental breakfast is available at the Pond House. Our stables is home to a training and boarding operation that focuses mainly on three-day eventing. Guests enjoy watching horses in training.

Halfway between Orange and Gordonsville, just off Highway 15. Turn onto Route 706 (which dead-ends into 15), and proceed 1/2 mile to Railroad Tracks. When you cross the tracks, you're on the farm, but you still have 1/2 mile to go to reach the farm complex. 25 miles South of Culpeper; 25 miles Northeast of Charlottesville; 15 miles from I-64 (Zion's Crossroads Exit).
