The joint venture of Old Spring Farm Bed and Breakfast and working farm began in 1997. Running a bed and breakfast has brought together all of my interests and talents in art, writing, interior design and farming. It requires skill beyond being personable. It was a good use of the property. Cooking is the part I love best and I honed my skills running a restaurant for area farmers in Wassaic, NY in 1979-80. They were tempted with eleven kinds of pies, all homemade, and farm-style cooking.
