Fox Hill is the perfect base to explore the delights of the Shenandoah Valley. There are many historic, cultural and natural wonders to explore – we’ll be happy to tell you about our favorites.

    ·At the stop sign, turn right (south) onto Route 11
    ·Go a few hundred feet, and turn left onto Sales Mill Road/711
    ·Follow Sales Mill road until it ends; turn left at the stop sign onto Borden Grant Trail/706
    ·Follow Borden Grant Trail through the “S” turn; Fox Hill is on your left (look for the sign by the road)

    • No minimum stay required
    • Smoking is allowed in limited areas (Smokers welcome to do so outside; no smoking inside please.)
    • Guest pets are welcome (Dogs with advance notice - $13-$15/dog/night)
    • Children are welcome (Mature children over 9 in B&B; all ages in Cottage Suites)
    • No childcare is provided
    • Consumption of alcohol is permitted (BYOB (no liquor license). Glasses, corkscrews, ice in rooms)
    • Deposit amount required (Reservations will be confirmed by a deposit equal to one evening’s visit; more for extended stays. Deposits will be forfeited if guests arrive after date specified. Guests departing before final date of reservation will be billed for entire length of reservation.)
    • Check in time is 3-7 pm and Check out time is by 11 am
    • Cancellations:
      Reservations cancelled 15 days or more prior to arrival date will be refunded less a $15 per room processing fee, or the entire deposit can be credited to another visit within six months. Reservations cancelled less than 15 days prior to arrival will be refunded (less a $25/room processing fee) if all rooms are rented. No-shows or cancellations after 3 pm on arrival day will be billed for entire length of stay.

    Sip your morning coffee on our front porch, and watch the morning mists unveil the Blue Ridge Mountains as hummingbirds swoop by.The Devon B&B Suite...very spacious with private outside entrance and mountain views.
    Autumn views from our Front Porch - spectacular fall colors and evening mists in the Blue Ridge Mountains.The Windsor B&B Suite -- our most private, romatic retreat, complete with two-person jacuzzi tub.
