- Deposit amount required (One night. If paying with a personal check, payment must reach us and clear prior to arrival.)

- Cancellations:
$25 cancellation fee if cancelled more than 10 days prior to arrival, one night stay if less than 10 days but more than 6 days. No refund 6 days or less. We are a very small operation and cancellations affect us deeply. 3 weeks cancellation notice is required prior to special events. Thank you for your understanding.

When not painting, fixing up or renovating, foreign travel and antiquing are Flo's favorite. Gardening has become one of Carl's stress reliever and getting out on the motorcycles whenever time and weather permit is one thing they both love doing together.
