From I-81 South take Exit 141. Turn left at light at end of exit and right onto Rt.311 North at next light. Travel 7-8 miles. Turn left onto 785/Blacksburg Road for 12 miles. Take sharp right onto Gallion Ridge Rd. for 1.1 miles. Left onto driveway across from mailboxes. 3/4 mile driveway.
From I-81 North: Exit 118B towards Virginia Tech. Take first Prices Fork Rd. exit to Main Street (Prices Fork ends on Main St.). Turn Left. Turn right onto Mt. Tabor Rd. Go 10 Miles, then right onto Gallion Ridge Road, right onto driveway across from mailboxes.

- We cannot accommodate guest pets (A kennel is located within a few miles of B&B.)
- Limitations on children staying (Well behaved children 8 years and older)
- No childcare is provided
- Consumption of alcohol is permitted (Wine may be purchased on site)
- Deposit amount required (One Night via Credit Card at time of reservation.)
- Closed: Closed first two weeks of January
- Check in time is 3:00 - arrival and Check out time is 11:00 am
- Cancellations:
A refund minus $20.00 processing fee is given if cancelled within 14 days(30 days for special events and football games)of arrival date. After this time a refund minus a $20.00 processing fee will be given if room is re-booked.
