Wolf Creek Farm is a unique Country Retreat B&B for couples, single travelers and families seeking serenity and recreation in a lovely mountain-view setting. Roam or relax on our 102-acre black angus farm in Ararat, VA and enjoy end-of-the-road solitude. Hike the wooded trails, hook the "Big One" in our private 5-acre catch-and-release fishing lake. Fishing boat available; life jackets mandatory and provided. Worms for nominal fee. Feed the cows on a sunset Hayride followed by Evening campfire with s'mores included with two or more nights' stay. Take I-40 West to Rt. 52 N into Mt. Airy. From 52 N, take 89E (Independence Blvd.) to Riverside Drive; Go left (Riverside Park will be in front of you!) Go approx. 4.5 miles to Va. Line Rd. Policies - Minimum stay required (Two night minimum for special festivals, holidays as determined by innkeepers)
- Smoking is allowed outside only (Outside only)
- Limited accommodations for guest pets (Dog house and pen provided; no inside pets)
- Children are welcome (Must be supervised by parents @ pool and lake areas)
- Limitations on childcare (Negotiable @ innkeepers availability)
- Consumption of alcohol is permitted (Sherry in Guest Library)
- Deposit amount required (Credit card number or one night's deposit in advance)
- Check in time is 3:00 p.m. and Check out time is 1:00 p.m.
- Cancellations:
Require 7 days' notice in advance of check in day. 14 days' advance cancellation notice for Mayberry Days, Autumn Leaves Festival, Martinsville Race Weekend, Bristol Race Weekend and other festivals and holidays as determined by innkeepers.
If not notified, one night's deposit non-refundable unless we are able to re-book the accommodation. If room/cottage is rebooked, deposit will be refunded entirely. - Accepted by the following agencies:
