    Serenity Hotel is a new cooperative Vietnamese and American project, designed to cater to discerning travelers who want a modern touch to their Vietnam experience.The management and staff have worked to make this historic building welcoming to all travelers from every corner of the globe, while retaining the authentic flavor of traditional Hanoi. Our Serenity Hotel is located at the top corner of the historic Old Quarter, just along the edge of the Citadel and alongside a thriving outdoor market just steps from our front door. Along our street named Cua Dong, which means East Gate, you can find a pharmacy, cafes, an award-winning spa, and various shops and stores carrying clothing, handicrafts, and other amazing finds! Our location allows visitors to work their way southward through the maze of Old Quarter streets, ending up at the famous Hoan Kiem Lake, the most photographed site in Hanoi. Our 25 room boutique hotel features an on-site dining area, with complimentary buffet breakfast every morning. Our rooms all include private bathrooms, modern air conditioning, computers with free internet access, and comfortable beds. In addition, Serenity Hotel boasts some of the best views available at a hotel in Hanoi! Our six story building features a majority of rooms with incredible views of the Old Quarter.

    Great stay at Serenity Hotel

    My husband and brother-in-law and I experienced a wonderful stay at the Serenity Hotel. Mr. Son the manager always went out of his way to help us with any thing we needed. He helped us book trips for our excursions outside of Hanoi and arranged for taxis to the airport or had his staff take us to the bus station. The room was very clean and nice -- ours happened to have a computer with free internet which was great. The complimentary breakfast was made to order and very nice. All of the staff were very friendly. Overall a great experience that we recommend to others.

      Ideally located in the heart of Hanoi's Old Quarter, just a minute's walk to the famous Hoan Kiem Lake (Lake of Sword Restored), the hotel's location is very convenient for guests with shopping and banking facilities, as well as eating and entertainment options all very close by. From Noibai Int'l Airport, take an Airport Taxi (operated by Vietnam Airlines) to our hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter. Rate: VND250,000 (roughly USD15). Journey time: 40 minutes. From Hanoi Railway Station or the Bus Station, take CP Taxi (calling number 0438262626) or Hanoi Tourist Taxi (calling number 0438535353). Rate: approximately VND35,000 (roughly USD2.0). Don't take the other taxis to avoid any scams. Journey time 15 minutes. For your safety don't take the cyclo or motorbike taxi.
