We are a small family-owned Bed and Breakfast providing first-class (4 stars) service and lodging to you. Our place is located close to the center of Vienna, but nevertheless provides a quiet recess for your stay. By underground (station right next to our location) you can reach the historic city center ("down-town") within a few minutes. Have a nice, comfortable and motivating business or private stay in Vienna by choosing our offer. Enjoy our large (30 sqaremeters), comfortable and beautiful apartments/rooms that are hardly ever matched by standard Hotel rooms. Real fire side, modern infrastructure (Internet, etc.) and extremely comfortable floor heating make our rooms extraordinary.

We offer new, modern and fully equipped apartments located in the heart of Vienna. Up to 6 persons.

The rooms, a family run 4 room bed & breakfast, is located in a newly built house in a green and quiet neighbourhood next to the old danube river. All rooms have a specific theme, with influences of India, Asia, Marocco,and the Mediterranean. The furniture is either custom made or imported from designers. There are a porch and a bit of a garden available for all guests, - should it rain you are most welcome to relax, read or have a coffee in our breakfast room. A spacious bathroom, satellite TV and WLAN are standard in all the rooms. There is plenty of space for parking just outside the house (free!). The subway station Kagran is just a 2 minute walk away from the rooms. By train one can reach the Austria Center and the Vienna International Center within 2 minutes, the city center Stephansplatz just within 9 minutes. The walking distance to the building of the UN is just 12 minutes. Entertainment, shopping facilities and restaurants one can find in the shopping mall Donauzentrum, which is also just a 5 minute walk away.

Our hotel is located on the Mariahilferstrasse, the oldest and longest shopping street in Vienna, with immediate access to the underground system (the U-3 line - station Neubaugasse, entrance/exit Stiftgasse is 30 meter). Consequently, you can reach any point in the city quckly and easily from the hotel. It is a ten minutes walking distance to reach the Museum of Fine Arts and the Hofburg, and ten more minutes walk to St Steven's Cathedral. In the morning from 7-10 o'clock you are invited to join our breakfast-buffet.

Stadtnest B&B is a family run, private accommodation in central location, in a safe residential area of Vienna, with only 5min walking distance to Vienna’s biggest shopping street „Mariahilfer Strasse“, with shops, banks, restaurants, coffee houses, and easy access to Vienna’s perfect public transport system (4 stops to St. Stephan’s square, i.e. 10min). Vienna’s lively Museums Quarter is in 10min walking distance, Vienna’s West Train Station “Westbahnhof” is in 8min. Schoenbrunn Palace can be reached by tram or subway in 15min. Our two guest rooms have all amenities (private bathroom with shower/WC, Internet access, cable TV/DVD, fans, radio alarm clock, hair dryer). We are a non-smoking guesthouse. We offer a full, organic breakfast each morning (incl our famous home made jams and bred). Breakfast is served from 8 to 9:30 am. We offer: - free Internet access on the B&B computer or via ether-net inside the rooms - guest kitchen with free coffee and tea making facilities - fridge, microwave, stove, water boiler, coffee maker in the guest kitchen - focal phone calls - fax and copying services - luggage storage The B&B is located on the third floor and currently we do not have an elevator, please consider this when booking with us.
