- Minimum stay required (Two nights on weekends from May through October)
- Smoking is allowed in limited areas
- We cannot accommodate guest pets
- Limitations on children staying (No children under 14, unless the entire inn is booked)

- Consumption of alcohol is permitted (Tavern on site)
- Deposit amount required (We require a deposit equal to 50% of the quoted rate on stays of two or more nights, and 100% on one night stays. A check or a credit card is accepted for payment.)
- Check in time is 3 to 5 p.m. and Check out time is 11 a.m.
- Cancellations:
The deposit, less a 10% service charge, will be returned with more than 14 days notice of cancellation. Within 2 weeks, and up to 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date, we will refund the deposit, less a $25.00 service charge, if we can fill the room that was reserved. If cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the scheduled arrival date, the deposit is lost and the balance for the stay is due.
