Deposit amount required (We require a deposit equal to 50% of the quoted rate on stays of two or more nights, and 100% on one night stays. A check or a credit card is accepted for payment.)
Check in time is 3 to 5 p.m. and Check out time is 11 a.m.
Cancellations:
The deposit, less $25, will be returned with more than 14 days notice of cancellation. Within 2 weeks, and up to 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date, we will refund the deposit, less $25.00 if we can fill the room that was reserved. If cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the scheduled arrival date, the deposit is lost and the balance for the stay is due. Early departures are treated as a cancellation.
