1830 Shire Town Inn
Celebrating our 20th year this charming B&B, listed on the National Register of Historic Homes, is the only B&B in the Village of Woodstock not on the main road (RT 4). Located on a much quieter side street off the Village Green
yet an easy walk to all the Village has to offer: Shopping, Dining, Theatre, Hiking Trails, Robert Trent Jones designed golf course, Billings Farm & Museum, Marsh-Billings-Rockefeller National Historical Park. Access X-Country Skiing across the street from the Inn or Downhill Skiing is a 5 min. drive to Suicide Six, or 20 min. to Killington.
The 1830 Shire Town Inn continues to take great pride in welcoming guests, meeting their informational needs, offering clean accommodations, antiques, comfortable beds, private baths, A/C or heat control, a hearty country breakfast, and wireless internet at reasonable room rates for the area. The living room with fireplace and TV, or the dining room for playing cards or a board game, are open to our guests.
Come and enjoy a taste of history with a touch of home offering: "Good food, good bed, good time".
