Enjoy Vermont as you have imagined it with a unique lodging experience at this proud and historic farmhouse on 17 beautiful acres fronting the Ottaquechee River, minutes from Woodstock Village and Killington ski area. The beds are comfortable, the hospitality is friendly, and complimentary breakfasts will be hearty and warm. If approaching in the evening watch for the illuminated cupola on the landmark five-story red barn.
Our largest guest room is located on the second floor and offers majestic views of our meadow and tree-blanketed hills beyond. The Meadow Suite, with a king-sized canopy bed, has a separate sitting room that can be arranged as a second guest room. The suite is great for families (up to four), folks traveling together that don't mind sharing a bathroom, or people that just want the extra space and a lovely bathroom. The private bath has a shower over a claw-foot tub with views of the five-story barn and hillside.
e Riverview Room, honoring a previous name of Robinson Farm, overlooks the Ottauquechee River at the front of the farmhouse. Enjoy spectacular views in three directions from the sitting area. The shower in the private bathroom features custom hand-made tiles.
This richly colored outside corner room is on of our most popular. It offers a comfortable oak double bed with delicate hand-carved accents, antique marble-topped bureau, and a unique and handsome in-room shower tiled with multicolored slate. A row of mature maples to the west provides bird's-eye foliage views.
Located at the top of the second floor landing, this guest room, decorated in warm blues, has a queen-sized sleigh bed and features an oak Craftsman wardrobe. Crown-height views of the adjacent maples give way in late autumn to views of the foothills rising toward Killington.
This secluded third floor retreat is kissed by morning light and offers a spectacular view to the east. The bedroom is spacious with a sitting area and an exceptionally comfortable queen sized bed. You can enjoy the rolling Vermont landscape during a hot aromatic bath in the clawfoot tub in the large adjoining bathroom.
The Sugar room offers gentle style, absolute comfort, and Farmhouse value. Visitors enjoy the unique washstand and sleep-inducing queen-sized bed. Watch the maples sway and the river flow, or choose a book to relax with from the adjacent hall library.
Ideal for travelers that prefer separate beds, the Maple room features a pair of very comfortable twin beds with hand-painted antique headboards. The crown-height view to the west of nearby sugar maples presents an uncommon perspective and a spectacular splash of color during foliage season.

We had a terrific time here. Unlike many other B&B's, this is truly on a farm and it was lots of fun to wander around the grounds. The house itself is a splendid update of an early 20th century farm house so this wasn't just a vacation, it was a trip back in time. Tory and Barry are wonderful hosts and fabulous cooks, too! We would absolutely recommend this B&B to anybody visiting the area.

We recently stayed at the Farmhouse Inn and couldn't think of anything we could change to make it better. It was exactly what we were looking for. The house and rooms are terrific and the hosts couldn't be more warm and kind. The food was excellent and it is located in a beautiful place close to about anything you would want to do in the area. We highly recommend it!

Apple Souffle Pancake
Fluffy deep dish pancake made with fresh apples and local eggs topped with pecans served at the table from an iron skillet. Best enjoyed with warm Vermont maple syrup that we make on site! Seasonally, we serve honey, maple syrup, eggs, and garden delights that we produce on the property.
