Barry, Tory and Hannah made our stay perfect in every way. We needed to unplug and breath. They made us feel most comfortable, as if it were our own Vermont family retreat. Make sure you check out Shakleton's furniture show room down the street.

What an inspiring place. Tory and Barry couldn't be more welcoming and engaging hosts. Our rooms were cozy and well appointed with intriguing items. Our breakfast, crafted from local ingredients, delighted body and soul. We look forward to a longer stay when we are back in Woodstock next year.

The Farmhouse Inn is just outside Woodstock, Vermont. We loved it. Barry and Tory were extremely welcoming, and breakfast was hearty and delicious. We had two rooms on the third floor of the house, with a spacious, spotless bathroom (with clawfoot tub and lavender bubble bath!). This is a perfect spot for launching summer hiking and biking, winter skiing, or fall foliage. We'll be back.
