Beautiful grounds, private and secluded yet easy to walk right into town.
This room is called "Deerfield" and enjoys lots of light, privacy (no rooms on either side), a jacuzzi bathtub, and the most comfortable Kingsdown mattress you've ever slept on.
This is "Apple Hill" and is a very large room with two queen sized beds, a fireplace, and a television.

Beautiful hikes and lakes to swim and kayak in surrounds the area. The Green Mountain National Forest is right next door!
The Joseph Courtemanche suite. This is the living room and includes a TV, dvd, and VHS player with a fireplace and a very large whirlpool tub. It also has a 15 foot balcony.

The Wilmington Inn & Tavern is located in the town of Wilmington, VT, a quaint river-side Southern Vermont village in the shadow of Mount Snow. The inn is quietly set back and above the road on 4 beautiful acres. It includes a small tavern and award winning restaurant with fireplaces. .thewilmingtoninn/restaurant.html The main house was built in 1894 and hosts the tavern and 5 well appointed rooms. Adjacent to the main house is the "Carriage House" that includes 4 rooms and was where Joseph Courtemanche used to build horse drawn carriages. The inn includes 2 full suites, 3 rooms with fireplaces, 4 rooms with oversized jacuzzi tubs and all rooms have fresh new linen with 800 thread count sheets and frequently washed duvet covered goose down comforters. About 7-8 miles from Mount Snow sits ths terrific Inn. Staffed by incrdibly friendly, helpful innkeepers, it was an utter delight to stay there. We ad a very clean, comfortable King room with jacuzzi tub. We had to leave early in AM and they offered to leave out food for breakfast. Great dinner recommendation at 1846 Tavern in West Dover. I'll be back.

My friend and I arrived at 11pm on a sunday. The inkeepers were not available so they left our roomkey and freshly made cookies on a table when we arrived! Breakfast was cooked to order and delicious. Just what we needed before our full day of snowboarding at Mt.Snow! highly recommend this place

We really liked this place! we stayed in the Joseph Courtemanche Suite which was tastefully and cozily decorated. The bed was comfy, the fire place was great and the bathroom clean and big with a jacuzzi tub! they also had a hot tub outside for us to use. Jason and Alicia were super friendly and gave us lots of info on places to eat in town. I loved the fact they had a small bar in the living room/lobby area and Jason poured very graciously. Nice selection of Whiskeys! lots of books and games around to play too! The breakfast was fresh and delicious and the dinning room well spaced and nicely decorated too. would def go back!

Wish we could have stayed longer! We stayed in the Joseph Courtemanche Suite and it was so beautiful and relaxing. The innkeepers are very friendly and make you feel right at home without being intrusive at all. I will plan on staying there again in the future. The homemade breakfast was very good (blueberry pancakes and bacon).

Spent a weekend in mid-February. Jason and Alicia were very welcoming and friendly and made us feel at home. Breakfast was very good -- lots of choices and all of them made to order. Our room was comfortable and clean. All in all, a fine B&B; we would not hesitate to stay there again.

Jason and Alicia are the best Inn Keepers. We had such a great time, the bar area in the Inn was a big plus, since we arrived and there was 18 inches of snow the day before, it helped not having to run out to eat or drink. They sent us to the best places to eat.The horse drawn carriage ride was amazing. I believe that the Inn and the World need more people like Jason and Alicia. Can't say more than, it was a great time. Miss being pampered....
