Policies - Minimum stay required (2 night weekend, 3 night holiday)

- We cannot accommodate guest pets

- Consumption of alcohol is permitted (Onsite liquor license.)
- Deposit amount required (Equivalent to one night or 50% of stay)

- Check in time is 3:00 PM and Check out time is 11:00 AM
- Cancellations:
cancellation with 14 days prior to arrival date(21 holiday) forfeit $20.00 cancellation fee. Cancellation within the 14 days (21 holiday) forfeit the equivilant of 50%of stay. We reserve the right to charge the full amount of stay, pending room rebooking. - Accepted by the following agencies:
