Take I-89 North to Exit 9 - Middlesex. Turn LEFT at the Exit 9 off-ramp. Turn LEFT at the stop sign for Route 2.
Approximately .4 miles down Route 2 you will see a grocery store and gas station. Turn RIGHT onto Route 100B South.
Follow Route 100B South (very windy – lots of twists & turns) for 12 miles to Historic Waitsfield Village.
Turn RIGHT onto Old County Road – just past the Mad River Garden Center. We’re the 4th house on the LEFT – look for our sign! - Nearest major airport: Burlington, VT (BTV) 35 miles

Exit the airport. Turn LEFT on Rt. 2 South. Take 2 South approximately 2.5 miles to Rt. 2A. Turn RIGHT. Take 2A less than a mile to the highway. Turn LEFT at the second entrance, Interstate 89 South to Exit 10, Waterbury. Be careful, the exit ramp comes up quickly and is short! Bear right from ramp. Turn LEFT at stop sign, Route 2. Drive through town (Waterbury). Turn RIGHT onto Route 100 – (Snowfire car dealer is on right-hand corner). Follow Route 100 South (very windy – lots of twists & turns) for 15 miles. Turn RIGHT at ‘T’ intersection stop sign – you’re still on Route 100. Drive South to Historic Waitsfield Village. Turn RIGHT onto Old County Road – just past the Mad River Garden Center.

- Minimum stay required (2 nights on weekends,3 nights certain holidays. No minimum for weekdays.)

- Deposit amount required (One night's stay, or 50% of booking is due by credit card at the time of booking. Full payment is required for single-night stays and reservations made within 14 days of arrival date.)
- Check in time is 3:00 pm and Check out time is 11:00 am
- Cancellations:
We require at least 14 days notice, should you need to change or cancel your reservation. A service fee of $25.00 will be charged to your credit card for any change or cancellation. Additionally, if you must cancel within 14 days of your reserved arrival date, the full reservation will be charged if we are unable to fill the room for an equal stay. This period is extended to 21 days during holidays & foliage season, and for bookings of 3 or more rooms. - Accepted by the following agencies:
