    The Waitsfield Inn in the summer time is the perfect time to come up and enjoy the Green Mountains of Vermont. Our warm days are ideal for cycling, hiking, canoeing and swimming and our cool nights just perfect for a good nights sleep.
    Our outdoor patio....during favorable weather, we offer breakfast service outside on the patio. In the afternoons feel free to pick a sandwich and enjoy lunch outside.
    Intimate libary nook with a wonderful fireplace, the perfect place to unwind with a glass of wine and a good book.
    Cycling in The Valley is fun and exciting. Come join us late summer for the Green Mountain Stage Race, The Century Ride or just bring your bike and explore the magnificent views and exceptional rides The Mad River Valley has to offer.
    The Roderick room is our most romantic room in the Inn with an antique Queen size bed and dresser. This room is beautifully decorated in warm lavenders and soft pinks, great for a romantic getaway with your special someone. For your privacy and comfort this room has a private bathroom and air conditioning.
    The Lovila Room is the largest guest room located in the front of the house with a Four-Poster Queen size bed and two twin antique beds. This room will comfortably accommodate up to five people. It's six windows offer lots of bright natural sunlight, great for reading or just relaxing. Area rugs beautifully dress the hardwood floors. For your privacy and comfort this room has a private bathroom and air conditioning in the summer.
    The Ira room is beautifully decorated & hand stenciled by a local Vermont artist. Faux painting of a fireplace complete with mantel and clock adorn one wall. This room has a antique queen size bed with an down comforter to keep you warm on winter nights. For your comfort this room has a private bath and air conditioner to keep you cool during summer months.

    The Waitsfield Inn is the quintessential Vermont Bed and Breakfast and the centerpiece of Waitsfield Village. As our guests, you will experience true Vermont Hospitality guaranteed to have you feel like you just arrived home. All the rooms at the Inn are comfortably appointed with antique furniture from the past, decorated with cozy comforters and quilts for our Vermont evenings.     Pure Vermont

    I always enjoy my stay at the Waitsfield Inn. I have been going there for many years, for fun, adventure, sking and even romance. Mike and Ronda Kelley are always attentive and I just love the Great room. A crackling fire on the cool winter nights and snow falling outside. It's a destination I always look forward to returning

    • Minimum Stay: Minimum Stay Required on Weekends

    • Deposit Amount Required: A credit card number will be needed in order to guarantee your reservation.

    • Cancellations: We require at least 21 days notice if you must shorten or cancel your reservation. A handling fee of $25.00 will be charged to your credit card for any cancellation. In addition, if a cancellation is received within 21 days of a reserved arrival date, the full reservation rate will be charged unless we can re-rent the room for an equal stay.

Follow Rt. 100 South approximately 14 miles through Waitsfield Village into Irasville, the second village in Waitsfield. The Waitsfield Inn is on the left after the village cemetery. (Driving time from Burlington Airport is 45 minutes, Montreal is 2-1/2 hours.)
