    • Cancellations:
      Notice is required 7 days prior to arrival for all cancellations. 30 days notice is required for all Christmas, New Years and Presidents week bookings. Resevations cancelled or altered within policys specified will result in forfeiture of entire deposit. **Guests who shorten their stay or depart early are subject to a charge equal to one nights room rate plus tax.
