Policies
- Minimum stay required (2 days most weekends,3-5 days peak and holiday periods)
- Smoking is allowed in limited areas (State policy. Smoking outside only)
- We cannot accommodate guest pets
- Limitations on children staying (Children over 10 years only. Limited avaliability in rooms.)
- No childcare is provided
- Consumption of alcohol is permitted (Within moderation)
- Deposit amount required (One night or 50%. Which ever is greater.)
- Check in time is 4PM - 10 PM and Check out time is 11 AM
- Cancellations:
15 days cancellation during regular season, and 30 days during holiday or peak seasons. If you cancel 15/30 days prior to arrival date you receive your deposit back less $35.00. If you cancel less than 15/30 days prior to arrival date you receive your deposit back less $35.00 if we are able to re-rent your reserved space for the entire period of your reservation. During holidays and peak periods you receive your deposit less $35.00 back if you cancel 30 days prior to arrival date. If you cancel less than 30 days before arrival your deposit is non refundable. Carolyn & Bill ski and Carolyn likes to horseback ride. As innkeepers we don't have much time for outside activities, since we try to give our guests as much of our time as we can. We like to chat with you when possible, and be available to answer your questions, and direct you to the activity you most wish to do. - The innkeepers speak: English
