- Minimum stay required (2 nights on peak weekends and 3 nights on holiday weekends)

- We cannot accommodate guest pets (We accommodate pets at a nearby kennel "Bed & Biscuit")

- No childcare is provided
- Consumption of alcohol is permitted
- Deposit amount required (A deposit of one night's stay or 50% for longer stays required within 14 days to secure reservations.)

- Check in time is 3:00 p.m. and Check out time is 11:00 a.m.
- Cancellations:
Deposit gladly refunded less a $25 processing fee with at least 14 days notice. If cancellation less than 14 days, deposit refunded provided the room is rebooked. September, October and major holidays require 30 days notice. Carol, a highly regarded flight attendant & supervisor, shifted her skills to Innkeeping when Eastern Airlines exited the business. Michael was president of numerous companies and Chairman of the Board of the Guam Hotel Okura for over 20 years before retiring and devoting his full time to the Crisanver House experience. Hobbies include Travel, Reading, Cooking, Gardening, Music and Finding excellent wine. - The innkeepers speak: Llimited French, English, Italian
