The Shoreham Inn was one of the inns on our bike tour of Vermont. After a long day of riding we were greeted at the inn door by Molly and made to feel welcome right away. There was a place for our bikes (with tire pump available) and a pub right at the inn. The pub is a town meeting place (something i believe it has been since the inn was built many years ago) with great food and history. You really feel like at any moment the stage coach will be arriving. The room was wonderful and made you feel like you were back in time but with all the modern touches. The Shoreham Inn was on of the best inns on our week long bike tour.

The restaurant and tavern are popular with local residents. Dominic is an excellent chef and fills the menu with tasty well priced items. On a recent night my wife enjoyed tasty rustic chicken while I had blackened tofu, balsamic rice and garlic sauce. The banoffi pie was outstaning. Shoreham is a pleasant, small town. historic Fort Ticonderoga is a short drive by way of the Lake Champlain ferry.
