Heart of the Village Inn
In the heart of the historic village of Shelburne, Vermont, our casually elegant bed and breakfast inn welcomes you. Built in 1886 by a prosperous merchant, this handsome Queen Anne Victorian has retained its prominence as one of the centerpieces of the Village, and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The Inn's nine rooms, all with private baths, telephones, cable TV, high speed wireless internet and AC, are uniquely decorated and offer plush, comfortable beds. Nearby are Shelburne Museum, Shelburne Farms, the Vermont Teddy Bear Factory, and the wonderful city of Burlington, VT. Guests love the Inn's welcoming atmosphere and full Vermont breakfast.

From New York: I87 north to Exit 20, Glens Falls; Route 149E from Glens Falls to Route 4 at Fort Ann; Route 4 north to Route 22A; Route 22A north to Vergennes; Route 7 north from Vergennes to Shelburne; Heart of the Village Inn is in the center of Shelburne, across from the Town Hall, on your right as you enter Shelburne. From Montreal: Route 10 to Route 133 south; cross the border at Highgate Springs; I89 to Exit 13; left on Shelburne Road; Inn is 4.6 miles from that point, on the left. A refund of deposits, minus 10% processing fee, will be made with a minimum of 14 days notice of cancellation. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival date will result in forfeiture of the deposit unless the entire reservation can be replaced; If you do not show for a confirmed reservation or depart early after you have arrived, you will be charged for the full stay if we are unable to replace the reservation. - Accepted by the following agencies:
