We were very sorry to learn that you did not completely enjoy your stay at The Inn at Rutland. Our inn is very special to us and we try to make it just as special for our guests. We check in our guests by appointment and ask them to let us know what time they will be arriving at the Inn. We include their expected arrival time in their confirmation letter and ask that they call us if they are delayed or otherwise need to change their check in time. Breakfast at The Inn at Rutland is usually served from 7:30am to 9am, and should a guest need special arrangements, they just need to let us know and we’re happy to accommodate their schedule or dietary needs. We pride ourselves on our three-course breakfast which includes a fresh fruit plate, juice, hot beverages, two kinds of home made bread, hot cereal and a different hot entrée each day. This information is also on our web site and is explained when we take all reservations. At The Inn at Rutland, we are committed to our guests’ satisfaction from the moment we take their reservation through the time of their departure.
